Zuni is a pleasant friendly trainer for the phone systems and very patient. Zuni methodically explained the basics to get us going and starting to receive an make phone calls very quickly all was very clear and was even patient with us, and especially when we had incoming calls she stayed beside us to make sure we didn t lose them on the line. Even after care Zuni was right there to assist and sent me the necessary accompanying documents to explain how the phones and the Mitel Phone manager works. Overall not just Zuni but the site engineers and the Teck support are so easy and friendly to speak to over the phone and get requests done quickly. And they answer the phones without any hold music for ages!! Thank you Zuni and your great team

AWFUL EXP- Avoid at all cost!!!!!bills went up and up and customer service got worse and worse- still waiting on an email back from 3 MONTHS AGO! Will be taking this further
