Awesome experience with Cavender! This was my third vehicle purchased with them, and although inventory is limited at all dealerships across town, Cavender made it a point to contact me once a vehicle I would be interested was coming in. Our sales rep James Valdez went above and beyond spending two evenings helping my fiance and I find the right vehicle. His sales manager, Carlos, has also been helpful. James has continued to check in with us even after we left with our vehicle to assist with coordinating appointments to make upgrades. I'm definitely a lifetime customer

Aaron Obregon was my salesman and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to show me all the features before and after the sale. We were there until almost midnight but he never rushed me and he he even took the time to add the maintenance app to my phone. He called a few days later to make sure I'm enjoying my new ride and to let me know he is available for future questions. I'm extremely happy with my new Toyota 4 Runner and plan to keep it for a long, long time.

The best salesman in San Antonio hands down. Bert barrera is the go to guy if your in need of a new or used pre owned vehicle. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. James Valdez helped us in our new 2022 Camry purchase. He was very helpful and easy to communicate with through the whole process. Since our car was not at the facility yet, he made sure to update us consistently and has followed up to make sure everything is great! This was our second purchase at Cavender and we plan to continue our business there in the future.

I would like to say I had an great salesperson by the name of Fernando Gomez, whom treated us with great customer service very well mannered , patient and understanding. Toyota should be very proud of this young man as he is a prime example of what great customer service is. Will definitely recommend family and friends to ask for him. Just bought a Rav4 from the amazing team at Cavender Toyota! All of the representatives were so attentive and made the process the smoothest and easiest car experience. David Reyes was communicated with me via text about my car and greeted us when we arrived. He took care of my trade in while Jon Chandler showed me my new vehicle. Jon s ability to explain all of the features to me was so impressive and beyond that, he was so personable and made everything easy to understand. Just took home a Tacoma and I'm very pleased and happy with my purchase last week. I highly recommend my salesman Adam Corona. 1st he helped my mom get her hybrid Corolla in April and I really like how he help her. Took his time to explain everything and didn't feel rushed.
