They only care about their own people latin\Spanish and give no other no service

I don t know why people say , they took care of only Spanish people , it s not true , I m Asian and and my case wasa bit complicated one .The lawyer there worked hard on my case with no fees at all . They make you feel comfortable to share all your problems .
Yes it is true ,sometimes they are not able to take up a case , and keep it hanging because they are dead busy with all other cases . It is better for them to let the client know that they won t be able to work on their case rather then keep them hanging .

I ask for help and the woman sound like she don't want to help not even 15% of costomer service i did not get on a Monday morning wow.

Worst place ever they made me fill out my app and then tell me to come back with more documents an which i did just so they could denied me of any help. "oh there no more room for appointments" that place is corruption" DO NOT GO THERE unless u are Spanish and maybe they might help but make sure your Spanish is good too.

They tell you to come in at 8:30am for a consult.... even though I am a repeat client. I get there at 8:30am and they tell me I had to be there at 8am and sign a "blue list" to be able to be seen. I had called before to make an appointment and was told that I had to have a consult first. Their system is very broken. The receptionist working the front desk are extremely rude, give you attitudes and take back to you really badly. No sense of hospitality. Avoid this place at all costs.

On June 4, 2018, I turned to this company for help. I filled out a questionnaire and waited more than 40 minutes until one of the managers deigns to find time for the "next" immigrant! Their indifference was evident! When I said that I had little time, the secretary "persuaded" one of the managers to talk to me! The manager invited me to the computer class and started asking questions incorrectly and impudently: - "What do you want?"; - "Why do you need this?", Although, before the consultation, I filled out a questionnaire and where it was clearly indicated that I had just received an Approval, and naturally I do not know what to do, how to be and I really need help! I turned to this company for exactly this! When she heard that I sometimes work part-time somewhere (not officially, for cash), she decided for me that I didn't need anything! Looked at the Approval registration date and added that I have a lot of time and it is better to submit at the last date! This company is provided with subsidies and grants from the state for helping people! And they decide for the people that they do not need anything and dispose of someone else's time! Why should everything be done for a long time and at the last time? And when I decided to leave and realized that there was no point in this company, I asked the Manager to return my profile to me. But the manager refused to give it to me! If it turns out that they are using my personal data and indicate that they have helped me in something, then I will sue this company!
The only plus in this company is the secretary! They are cute and tried to help and please everyone at the same time! It would be great if the Managers worked with the same enthusiasm!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND to contact this company for help! Immigrants see only a way of earning money and sponsorship from the state! There is NO true and valid goal to "Help people"! Take advantage of the hopelessness of people!
