Amazing place! For walking and chatting beside the view of skyscrapers!

Its a mess for Parking. You may have to wait anything between 30 mins to an hour in peak hours. And if you park in a spot(in a corner or somewhere its not marked) that's not even obstructing traffic and pay parking, you still end up getting ticket. There are still quite a few available office space here I wonder how it would pan out with full occupancy.. Something needs to be done..

I lived in X1 Tower for eight years and recently moved out. The reason that I chose this tower was the proximity to the metro station since I don't drive and I was looking for a studio at the time. The building is clean and the security/safety is good. My main issue was that I had to do maintenance throughout the entire time that I lived there, because the materials used in the building were not of good quality. I used to enjoy going for walks around the lake or riding my bike very early in the mornings (towards the end of my stay). I liked the convenience of having a Spinneys and a Costa under the building. I also liked that Caribou opened recently. I think the cluster/building was OK/peaceful/quiet in the beginning and then the neighborhood became more busy and things changed. One significant change was that the entire area now resembles a construction site! Even from my apartment on the 19th floor, I would hear the loud construction noise all the time (except for Fridays).
Honestly, I'm so grateful to have moved out of this cluster/building and I wouldn't live in that area again. I think it was OK at some point and it has now deteriorated and things have dramatically changed.
I personally don't recommend staying in X1 Tower as the energy was also very negative and there's a lot of anxiety and stress in the air and in people's faces. Another important thing to consider is this: the lifts in the building (X1) always had maintenance work since I moved there in 2011! So, unless you don't mind spending time waiting for the lift, then go ahead and stay there.
I'm truly surprised at the reviews that describe the building as posh and elegant, as it's far from that! It's actually the complete opposite of posh! it's a very basic, clean and average building. Nothing fancy or posh about it.
Good luck to those looking for places to stay in JLT. I personally don't recommend X1 Tower after eight years of living there!

Surrounded by lake, it has a beautiful view..you can find offices as well as apartments here!!

This is one cluster with almost every kind of coffee shop from Caribou, Costa and another fancy Italian place. Caribou is a quiet nice place to get a break. I am guessing the weekdays are far more packed but overall quite a break away from the madness.

consists of 3 towers, 1 offices 2 residential, some apartments face towards Emirates Golf Course. as with all clusters in JLT there's direct access to the Lake and Lake side eateries, cofee shops,groceries,barbers etc .pleasant mid priced living

Big commercial tower, outside valet parking available, lift is always busy

It's got plenty of options for your mid day meal. But traveling up and down the elevator consumes lots of lost time as they have used some really crappy equipments which are almost always on service breaks. Healthy option is to climb the stairs.

Parking is another issue. Make sure you arrive 30 minutes prior for your meeting if you want to make it upstairs on time.

5star residential with every kind of bussines and property dealing here

Executive towers and good companies.. location is excellent and nearest shopping mall is mall of Emirates.. worth visiting mall full of shopping and entertainment opportunities including food courts..must visit

Closer to Damac Properties metro. Place is clean and well maintained like most of the city.

Very beautiful residential complex having all modern aminities ,with beautiful lake in the center & nice garden alongside with ample parking as wel as space to play for kids& children's.

A beautiful place with easy access, one step away from the Damac property metro station, wonderful !!

Very good residential cluster. Quiet and yet with great access to all you need!

We are very satisfied with the Enana_Ballet school. professional and friendly team. Teachers try to do well with their children.
Many directions, Ballet, Gymnastics, Vocals, Piano, Drawing, so that the child can go to 2 classes at once.
