Cluster X and Cluster E (The building with park and shop) is having good reviews, the other side of JLT the one with the park is more affordable , the other end of JLT cluster A,B & C are alright but cluster B has a DAMAC building which has to improve in maintenance.

It is a challenge to get a parking slot for your car in this area.

It was awsome to work there, though lt was very brief

It has a good environment and a lake with a lively environment. From the center of the city, and for those who like shopping, the area is not good. For example, the fare to the Deira district is about 90. Of course, this area is more commercial than residential

Cluster x is last one in the series and nice n tall building alongwith swimming pool

1 of the good buildings in JLT, pool, small gym, nice views and a good security for the residents. 10 minutes walk from the metro station and has spinneys supermarket in same cluster

I Went there for a meeting. Friendly and approachable security. List of companies which are in each building is written down so that it is easy to direct to the company office

This is an area with tall skyscrapers, which are surrounded by artificial ponds.

It's a beautiful part of jumera lake tower.around the lake,there are many restaurants od diffrent countries couisine s.

These are commercial buildings, neat and clean security desk is for sake of existence only

Great place to work. Have spinnies, panos, mini-mart, loads of food options, all down stairs. 5 min walk from Damac Metro station.

Office area with many services around: supermarkets, Costa cafeteria, gym, beauty centers and several nearby restaurants that can be walked ... Next to the artificial lake, it is an area where you can walk or run on the street .

Problem with their parking... I had a rent car and it's plate is from Abu Dhabi.. So I can't pay it with SMS... And there is payment machine from RTA... Very bad experience

Very well planned and maintained residential and offices freehold properties. Accessible from Sheikh Zayed road also with Dubai metro access.
