Been living here for 6 years... Best placr in jlt in terms of view and apartment sizes. Also living in a duplex in the city is very nice.

Impressive when hit for the first time. Not far from the sea and Marina Mall

Part of spectacular Dubai Sky line.
Beautiful scenery from upper floors of course.
Warm and quite atmosphere and easy access to some basic needs like tiny suppermarket, pharmacy, coffee, some restaurants.

Some times difficult to find parking. Just need to wait for some time and one can find the parking space.

We heard about 5 star hotels but this is 5 star offices.

Cluster X having a three stunning towers. X1 is residential and X2,X3 are commercial. Easy to access upto Damac properties metro station. On Concourse level you can find Costa coffee, spinneys and some restaurants. Cluster has mosque and rest room in ground floor. You can enjoy the view of marina, golf course and sky diving. Lake is just downstairs, nice to walk and spend value time. Overall is good place to work and live.

The best part is, we will get food even at Ramdan time @Corner Cafe, Jumeirah X2 :-D

Spacious place near the metro. There are places to eat around. There are business centers and offices

JLT buildings privately managed properties and hence no questions on security, cleanliness, friendliness, etc. If you are a visitor you get 3 hour free parking but during peak times there is a long queue to get in. There is no paid parking facilities nearby for visitors.

Good Cluster but it's hard to find parking place its always full and there are no ATM.

JLT cluster is a Techno HUB where lots of MNC companies are located.

Nice place for business, but high rise buildings with slow elevators

The X3 building management sucks especially when it comes to the lift maintenance. If you are coming to X cluster you need to budget 15 mins waiting time for parking and 10 mins waiting time for lift.

Administrative building of 41 floor, parking is for free for the first 3 hours after which you have to pay a fine of 200 AED

Very good building but there one problem the area for parking small and expensive

JLT ( JUMERA LAKE TOWERS ) this area is a mix of residential and commercial. Of good for high end people and to habe busy time in morning and plesent time in the evenings

Great building, needs the parking situation for visitors to be improved.

Nice location in the corner with a fantastic lake view.

Terrible. No parking. X2 tower AC in lobby does not work. Long lines at elevators. Plan to be there 1 hour before any meeting.

I havent stayed here but went to see a property for rent. The building comes with chiller free option and has decent swimming pool and gym. The gym is separate for men and women and i havent seen if the gym was fully equipped. However, the swimming pool was decently sized and although open to atmosphere (SUN) i was told that they have temperature controlled pool.

Parking a nightmare, if you can get parking just 3 hours free, then you get 200 dirham fine.

My freind lives here, her cooling bill only is about 3000AED for 3 months, because the building doesn't have seperate meter for every house so she ends up paying others usage too.
