I got hired you on a whim, they took a chance on me even though i little experience in operations. Its been almost a year and it was a great decision. I like that its a smaller company because there is more room for growth in a career and knowledge about the ins and outs of a business. The atmosphere is lively, it is ran with up to date mentality and not super old school as well as forever changing to make it better as we grow.

Honestly, the most caring people! Some companies never ask what's important to a person but everyone here does. I truly love working with this company. They inspire loyalty and provide quality. What's even cooler is that we're in Plano and we get to impact our local community....building real relationships with people in the DFW. It's so different when you get to meet people in person and get to know what is really important to them! 10/10 would recommend.
