On my grandma's deathbed, we children never got to say good-bye to her. Never even got to see her again except after she passed. All time best experience ever. Hospital denied access.

Teona, Lex, and MacKenzie took such great care of my mom. Thank you so much for all your amazing care. Special thanks to Teona for her kindness, sympathy, understanding, and patience. It's never fun to have to go to the ER, but I truly appreciate all they did for my mom.

Need better care from these Drs and Nurses was not treated like a patient! Was treated like another person to rush out the door as soon as the Dr came to the room he said ok let's see to getting you out of here .im not happy with this place .

I have been treated with respect and dignity thats great , yet when my gf goes in shes treated as second class and her health issues arnt the dr or hospitals problume i have been at her side many times there and the emergency room dr most of them not all dont get me wrong most have given her less then adequate treatment talked at her not to her or with her didnt listen case there knowing everyones problume before its stated know at a crididal point dealing with covid and trying to info the doctors there ofther possible issues that exsist and her getting no real treatmentbat this time i give it a 2 star rating if she dies because of there neglect aditudes and lack of adequate unprofessional behavior and lack of adequate treatment heres review to look at

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ended up having to go to the ER (of course the Instacare was closed) for kidney stones. I was there for no more than 2 hours and my bill is over $8,000. They called the next day to tell me that they would give me 50% off and if I could pay it that day it would only be $3,000. I applied for Financial aid cause I can not afford to pay it off all at once. Not to mention I have a bill over $800 just for the doctor that I have to pay off. They didn't even consider it. I still owe them $4,500 that I will be paying off over the next 3 or more years. I am only a 1 income person and have plenty of other bills I have to pay.

Everything is so beyond ridiculously overpriced here that it's worth your time and gas to drive up north if you don't need immediate medical attention. I'm completely devastated that the simple heart monitor that I was prescribed when I felt like I was having a heart attack turned into a $1,700+ bill. My insurance negotiated it down to just over $1,400, but after talking to the billing department the best they will offer is 20% off. Even with the 20% off, it's still over the high average cost of the monitor. I'm absolutely devastated, but I've learned my lesson and will now drive up north for all medical care.

Update: If you talk to the right people, it's possible to get your bill reduced.

they are very attentive and took very good care of our girls during and after delivery

I took my sick friend there and he was literally way worse when he left and he almost died.
Then he got taken up to Utah Valley Medical Center and he is doing amazingly better.
I guess this is why people call it casket view.
If you have a serious illness that could possibly become life-threatening don t take them here. I wouldn t wish this place on my worst enemy.
Oh and after making my friend more sick then he was when he showed up, they now want $11,000 for doing that.
Also there is a medical imaging place up north that will do a MRI or CAT scan for a fraction of what they charge at casket view.

Friendly staff. They worked as fast and efficiently as possible without making me feel unimportant or rushed. Professional people with a touch of humility and patience.
