This company is horrible. I am paying 2k rent for an apartment but the air conditioner never worked. I complained 4 times in a couple of months. Temperature goes upto 95 to 100 degree in summer now. I have a 5 months old baby with me. She is crying every time the temperature goes high and they are saying just because of air conditioner, you can't leave. I have made a wrong decision to sign on their lease. They are just after your money only.
Poor Management Practices; especially by Adam P, and his so-called Manager @ EL SOBRANTE; PREE'.... Pitiful PRACTICES USED AGAINST any TENANT THAT QUESTIONED/REPORTED 'UN-PROFESSIONAL' ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT'S ACTIONS ON PROPERTY ... RENTED FOR 2 PLUS YEARS....POOR, AND IMMATURE DECISIONS BY INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE'S (ADAM P. AND PREE)
I read few bad reviews in different areas. I live in Martinez and really happy with Castle Management and Mel. She helps every tenant and if you have anything wrong in your condo she makes sure it gets fixed ASAP.
This company does a terrible job of managing property. I live next door to a home in Pebble Beach CA. that they own and manage. The curb appeal looks likes crap. Weeds growing and absolutely no landscaping. It brings down the value of the whole neighborhood. All the other homeowners take pride in their homes. These people are slumlords. All their landscapers do us blow leaves and dust all over the neighborhood. We are all sick of it. When I called to complain they basically don't care. Stay clear of this company.
I have been dealing with Castle Management for over five years now and I can tell you that they are very responsible, trustworthy and efficient. I enjoy doing business with this awesome company!
