I had a really bad experience with Castle Guard Security. The security guards were not professional at all. They were lazy and often appeared to be more interested in chatting with each other than doing their job. On one occasion, I even caught a guard sleeping on the job. This is unacceptable for a security company. I would not recommend them to anyone.
