We were Christmas Eve, very beautiful. For children over 7/8 years old though.

It is closed and not communicated anywhere. Knowing it after 40 minutes by car was bad. Not to mention the disappointment for the child.

Proper name for a fantastic place in every sense. Beautiful place and wonderful castle, friendly staff and really good actors and the narrator's voice is really fascinating.

This very disappointing year there was nothing to leave breathless ... And the show of the princesses very poor .. Even inside the castle nothing exciting

Fantastico is the right word to define this place. The big difference between this and other similar places is made by the many shows and especially the skill of the guys who work there, they are really fantastic and engaging, they manage to capture the attention of both adults and children.
The location? Also that beautiful.
The only drawback is the path to get to the castle from the parking lot: you have to go on the road and the road in that piece has no sidewalk, but the guys who work in the parking lot still manage to manage traffic by securing the area.

when you arrive, you think you have taken your children to a badly kept wood to have a picnic for a bit too much ...
then I tell you how exceptional the boys and the staff are, everything is based on the actors' ability to grasp the expressions, the moments of the children in front of them, they know how to improvise, they allow themselves to the curiosity of the little ones like no peppa pig or teletubbies would do !!
At the exit when you see your children happy, enthusiastic, happy to have talked, touched, played with one of their favorite characters, that the place is uncultivated and muddy, that the clothes are a little mending do not care anymore! your children have discovered the magic of fantasy and no super carousel or electronic game could have done such a miracle !!

Very nice place, funny shows, the bar a bit too expensive because paying a coffee 1.50 is exaggerated, for the rest I recommend it for families and their children.

My 2 and 4 year old girls were very happy and had a lot of fun. I read a lot of negative reviews ... if you are expecting anything at Disneyland Paris obviously not ... but I do not think there is a difference for children I think parents are too demanding ... very beautiful costumes and short shows that the children follow without getting bored. visiting the castle is fine. but as for what's out there ... it's not worth going there. they tried. but if it's an attraction designed for children, it wasn't really organized for them. the children can't see the 4 shows, only if you hold them in your arms. when I was there it was not a rainy day but there was mud everywhere. a group trip organized in December but there was no shelter. to eat I recommend packed lunch because those 2 things you could find there are painful and expensive

Arriving by car and paying parking is outside the "park", you find yourself crossing with strollers and children on a very dangerous curve. Enter with the strollers of course and it's all dirt and gravel, with a bit of mud it was a push to do. There are no hurdles to manage row for the shows and attractions therefore a pit that ended in shoving and elbowing. How exhausting. The shows are also good blood volume and composition. Bathrooms preposterous. There are children serving changing tables. So no. For us it was the first and last time.

The castle of Santa Claus is not very good: I have seen shops set up with more care and abundance. An example? In the room where the biscuits are made, there is a good smell of chocolate (something is actually cooked in the ovens), but there is no trace of the biscuits, not even packaged ... There are only fake plastic desserts that do not yield at all the idea. In addition, the path is mandatory, but with the crowd and the narrow passages it translates into long waits to see something frankly disappointing. Let's not talk about the outdoor area: both the attractions and the dining / sales outlets are low-profile. Nothing wrong, for heaven's sake, but given the cost of 40 euros in 3 (family discount) I expected something more. For me, to avoid.
