They had spoken to me well and considering the number of visitors present, I had good expectations. Unfortunately disregarded. The castle of Santa Claus is not very good: I have seen shops set up with more care and abundance. An example? In the room where the biscuits are made, there is a good smell of chocolate (something is actually cooked in the ovens), but there is no trace of the biscuits, not even packaged ... There are only fake plastic desserts that do not yield at all the idea. In addition, the path is mandatory, but with the crowd and the narrow passages it translates into long waits to see something frankly disappointing. Let's not talk about the outdoor area: both the attractions and the dining / sales outlets are low-profile. Nothing wrong, for heaven's sake, but given the cost of 40 euros in 3 (family discount) I expected something more. For me, to avoid.
