The products were not as durable as I expected and some of them arrived with minor defects. Additionally, the packaging could have been better to ensure the safe delivery of the fragile items. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out to them regarding the defects. They offered a refund or replacement, which was appreciated. Overall, my experience with this company was average. While the website and customer service were satisfactory, the quality of the ceramics left something to be desired. I would consider purchasing from them again, but with lower expectations.
