I recently purchased some products from a company and I am amazed by the quality and durability. The customer service was also very helpful.
I ordered a molded tube 23.5" X 21" and to be saw cut to a length of 2.5". I paid for the saw cut, the part is marked as 2.5" long however it measures 3" long. No place on the quote, acknowledgement, or invoice does it say that a paid for cut to length can be plus 1/2". (good thing it was not 100 pcs). I can understand a plus length on a "as molded" tube but, not when charged for a saw cut to length. David (sales manager ?) said mistakes were made however, his only solution was for me to pay freight both ways and labor for Cast Nylons to correct the length. His solutions is take it or leave it. Again no tolerance shown on the quote, acknowledgement or invoice.
