In a panic I misplaced my W2s and to make matters worse forgot my password to access and reprint them from C&C. Christian Resendiz walked me through accessing my desperately needed W2s today. He was so helpful and very professional. Now I can rush out to send off my taxes - thank goodness for extensions!

Utterly despicable customer service & inability to take due diligence in paperwork with final confirmations for any obvious errors, & then performing actual payroll duties in reaching out via text or phone for corrections. Proper ethics & respect for simply reissuing check errors are apparently beyond their capability.

They gave their employees only one day to work from home for the quarantine and then made them all go back on Thursday 03.26.2020. I am related to someone who works there and he's risking going in for a paycheck simply because they won't adhere to simple quarantine.

Although their employees are super friendly, I am appalled that in order to make a correct a wrong Federal Is # made on my check stub, I was asked to email them on an UNSECURED EMAIL SERVER the following sensitive info:

My first and last name,
The last four digits of my Social Security number,
My correct Federal ID number
The incorrect federal ID number that was reported

It s unconscionable that it is t mandatory for a company that deals with payroll/finances/money is not made to investing in a secure server in order to protect the publicist sensitive information. I have been trying to reach a human being in the help desk Dept to see if there s another way I can send the information and only get a voice mail machine.

So frustrating! I am going to send the info but I won t be surprised if I see Cast and Crew on Fox News or CNN anytime soon relating to a breach of customers sensitive information. Just outlandish .

Horrible. Much worse since Covid. Good luck getting anyone to answer your phone call. Just learned they check their mail once a week. A company with nearly 1000 employees only checks the mail once a week. EP is better.

I had great service from Christian Resendiz today....

I had great service from Christian Resendiz today. I moved two years ago and my checks were coming to my new address, but somehow my W-2 address didn't get changed. I made some errors in filling out the address change request and Christian worked with me to make sure everything was changed properly. I apologized for making him do extra work and he was very gracious in his response.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Nallyve De Leon was super helpful & super polite she answered all of my questions without a problem. She was very educated on what she was doing & was able to quickly help me solve my problem! If I could leave 10 stars I would! Thank you very much & she deserves to be recognized because it s really hard to find good customer service now a days. No nobody told me to leave this review I chose to do it on my own because that s how satisfied I was after my call with Cast & Crew, again thank you!
