Casino Pauma Review

I took my wife on an outting and she loved it!! We are on our way home and we can't stop talking about CASINO PAUMA!! 5star experience and we are definitely coming back. Friday bufffet was totally worth it. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs.

Love the all you can eat lobster buffet! Can't beat the price, $24.95 and you get 5% off if you get the card. A little far from where I live but worth it!

When the crowds are bigger, seems the machines are looser. Fun times and a nice affordable buffet!

Great little place we've been going there for years

Nice little casino. Good pizza and pastries!!! And free soft drinks in slot area....oh and I forgot to mention they found my lost keys. I had to drive over 100 miles each way to return to get them but it was all good . I'm sure they could have mailed them to me but I needed the keys to get in my house and cars.

Has visited frequently, received nice gifts from play.

Small, cozy, nice casino for food and drinks without the lines.

Slot machines were not friendly. Lost all my money quickly. Food at the buffet was not interesting. Ice cream machine was broken. This trip was disappointing.

Went to the cafe had a Reuben sandwich and french fries the reuben sandwich was excellent the best I ever had

Very well organized for just opening from Covid 19. Constantly cleaning and require everyone to wear a mask while in the casino. Machines placed 6 feet apart. I had a great time and will definitely be back next week

This down graded my card then no bonus on any machine played will not be coming back anytime soon

Small Casino, but we always have a great time. Good vibe. The drive on the Harley through the canyon is great. Not far from other Casinos.

Mom loves this place. Odds of winning here are better than Harrah's and Valley View. It's small potatoes though compared to those places. Smoking environment. Getting old in looks. Nice game nights, tournaments. The buffet has gone down hill significantly, so go to Valley View for that.

Used to LOVE this casino and frequent. They have removed all of my favorite Lil' Lucy slots. It is overwhelmingly smokey, visits are much shorter now. Sad.

Pauma is a small casino about 7 miles down the highway from Pala Casino and resort. Pauma does not have a hotel, but has a buffet that is reasonably priced and is considered the best value of any of the gaming establishments in the surrounding area, 50 miles around.
The prime beef when offered is on par with the others who charge 3 times more. Sure, the variety is not extensive as ,say, Pechanga or Valley View or what isn't said enough, how great is Pala's. An update. The old exec. Chef no longer is heading the kitchen.

Prime rib and other foods are now not worth the value it once had.

Pauma is a very small casino with a very big amount of workers! They are hard working and really do a good job at giving away free play cash when you sign up as well as staying with the most popular slot machines and table games!

Not alot of people, easy to get a machine, calm atmosphere, great prices on cigarettes, free drinks, and i had great luck many times

Took my two 18 year old Cousins for their first Casino Experience. We had a great time playing Poker, Black Jack, and Slots!

This place is like my second home I love to go there.

The place is quite ok. If you re not into fancy casino, this is a place for you. The only bad thing I can see is the attitude and poor customer service of the staff especially the security. The security are very rude. Like you owe them something so they can treat you very bad.
I go there to have fun, lost thousands, and yet these security staff are rude. Well, hell no. If not wasting my money and time going there just to be treated like that.
I ll just go to valley view or Harrahs. The customer service is way much better.

Too much police presence. Danck interior. Women's restrooms are often not as clean as could be and I'm sure below head expectations. BF was approached wondering if he wanted or had narcotics for sale. Staff again seem to auspiciously attentive. However the quieter atmosphere is a benefit as well as the solitude

I came here only for the Friday seafood buffet. $25 per person. All you can eat lobster tail. Small buffet with limited options but if you come for the lobsters tail then don't eat anything else. I usually consume 5 glass of cranberry juice and 2 glass of OJ along the way. Prime rib is pretty awesome too.

Great first experience! I love that they give you a free $10.00 voucher for chips or slots and a free entry to the buffet on your first visit. Very courteous and had a novel time - food & service was equally fantastic

We have visited this casino many times over the years. It had been pretty good to us in the "early days", but now, it seems to be much tighter. Well, that's gambling. Most of us lose more than we win. We do like the people who work there.
We tried the Saturday brunch buffet, and we were very disappointed. Not much variety of choices, whether it be the salad bar, the hot food or the dessert bar. The quality wasn't that great. We paid $30 for the two of us, after our $1.60 club card discount. It just seems like we paid too much for what was offered. (Maybe we are spoiled by The Golden Corral, lol.) However, I must give a shout out to one of the servers, Lu Ann. She has been working there for years, and she's a real sweetheart.
We may try their weekday lunch buffet one of these days. It has been pretty good in the past. At least it was when we were there over three years ago.

Saw a concert in pavilion. Every staff member from security out front, to bartenders to ticket takers were friendly, professional. Nice space for an intimate concert. Drinks are nicely priced!

ok for a small casino, thier buffet is not worth the price you pay. you are better off eating at the cafe or eat somewhere else before going. too smokey, machines not that loose. thier rewards program, just ok.
