Nice enough. However, the poker machines are so tall, my neck hurt. Also, the ONLY casino I've been in, in quite a while, charges $1.50 for bottles water.

It is a cacino where you have fun and the staff that works there are very friendly and helpful.

Didn't gamble but love the fact that you can get unlimited free fountain drinks

Buffet was ok, the lobster was dry and other lobster menus did not taste that great, the machines were very tight.

One waiter, Juilo...who was working on Tues. the 20th @ 1:30 pm in the Buffet room @ Pauma is simply A M A Z I N G!!!!!! Fine young man as courteous as one can be with out being disengenous. Good person.

They have a big casino. I mostly go for my cigarettes. If you buy Senecas, they're $4 a pack, or $40 for a carton of cigs.

Last year my husband and I were physically thrown out of the Casino because my husband defended himself when this older woman almost knocked him down with her purse. He proceeded to tell her to say sorry, she cussed him out and we got thrown out and banned for life!!!!! The security was very rude and treated us as we were trying to rob the place, they even called the local police to escort us out of the premises. When I called the following week to speak with the supervisor he was very rude telling me that we should have left the situation alone. I asked about the woman and her husband which treatened to hit my husband. What happened to them????!!!! He did not respond!! or could not!!!! We have been going there for years and have never experienced that, I was suprised!!! The supervisor for Security told me that We can go infront of Tribal counsel to beg them to return back to the premises, but if we return prior to that he would have us arrested!!!! FOR WHAT!!!!!! GEEZE WE DID NOTHING WRONG!!! When they were escorting us out one of the waitresses that we have known for a while asked what had happened, when I told her she replied that those guys were wrong and harrase people all the time for no reason!!!!! BEWARE!!!

Found an arrowhead in the bathroom and the place smelled like burning sage

Loose slots, live music, usually not overly crowded.

Warm hospitality by genuinely friendly people. Avoid the stuffy casinos and go to Pauma.

I like very much. It is a good place to spend a nice afternoon.

It's my B-day month so I just stopped in to see if I have anything offered to me in free play or free food on my players card. Pala and Valley View gave me both......Pauma nada. The promo desk emplloyee said that I can get a free Buffett the day of my B-Day which is pretty cool.

Not a tremendous selection of games or new games. Half the time the soda machine is not working or has some special restrictions Etc

I like to go but I would like the machines to pay me more

You really do need to upgrade the menu in buffet. I've been coming to Pauma since first month you opened. The food was much better then.

Floo, shift, poker supervisor? Brennen was extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Handled his customers tactfully.

The excellent tables ..
They help you to win ... but the machines do not pay and have almost no variety

I was so disappointed at the fact that the casinos AC was not on at all and I specifically talked to the manager to ask him if they may please turn the AC on and his response was I just started my shift I don't know what is going on. Then he said it is extremely hot in here but yet he never did anything about it. Alot of people where walking around complaining and fanning them self. I love the casino but had to leave do to having cancer and all medication I'm taking I literally thought I was going to die in there of how hot it was in the casino!!!

I like this casino even if it is a little smaller than most. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Feel secure and safe and they are following all rules to the covid19 compliance. They have various denominations of slot machines including penny keno, also table games. Their Cafe and snack bar both have decent food, inexpensive. Rewards players card is worth getting. Free valet.

Casino Pauma is Fantastic I brought Groups there in the past and I still go there Casino Pauma is my second home

Love the buffet good tasting food. Great freeplay offers better than the bigger casinos.

My sister & I go to Pauma. Our favorite casino. Good food & service. Free coffee & soda at a bar set up to help yourself.

We went for an hour and between my wife and our friend we left with $1500 between the three of us. Pretty good days work.

This casino has thee Best buffet , every day of the week has a special dishes , their cocktails are just delicious... they have fabulous giveaways... winning any jack pots were no where to be found...

Close to home , size makes it easier to find your way around.

Very good casino a little small but we all win sources of free soft drinks and free WI-FI there is not much parking but they still have very good machines.

No dollar Keno but .01-.25 is available... Decent payouts

When we come here we usually eat at the cafe. This time we did the buffet. It was Asian themed, and No..I will never do that again. Wontons were hard (like they were air fried), beef tasted like chipped beef in the beef & broccoli, etc. They all tasted tired or old, reheated. The macaroni salad in the salad bar tasted like it was made with expired mayonnaise. The wonton and egg drop soups were good, other items in the salad bar were ok otherwise. The only thing I liked was the shrimp and snow peas. If you come here to eat I would suggest you go to the Cafe instead, unless your buffet is free.

On route to LA made a stop at Pauma Casino I spent several hours there listingvto music walking the floor to see if people were winning not one person lucky that time, best thing was the pizza place personal pizza will makeme stop again .

Little Bit of Soul....Beat Band ever by the bar.. will be there.this Saturday to listen and dance.

Small place. Very cozy. Friendly attendance. The food is delicious and inexpensive. Had lots of fun.

Small. Early weekend mornings are the best time. We go around 6 am til noon then it starts getting crowed.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this place... what a shame
