Casino Pauma Review

Well no sooner than I got there, it was time to leave. Not one bonus. Not one anything. Not any fun. It's not just Pauma... It's all of the casinos. They just get tighter and tighter.

When the highest management choose the warding of "Casino Pauma your casino" the said it perfectly, from the friendly staff that makes you feel in a casino but with the comfort of like playing at your own home,to the the variety of games to suit every player taste

The restaurant next to the buffet has tasty, inexpensive breakfast all day long. Yum!

Had a great time. Need to open a snack bar where you can get low calorie gluten free snacks. Sugar free cheese cake in the buffet was the best I have had to date. Missed getting the refill soda, and would love to get ice tea on the casino floor somewhere.

Pauma for me, was a disappointment. But to be fair , its because i didnt win. It was ok, didnt have alot of the familiar games i like, and its pretty small. But they give new visitors a free buffet. I would go and try my luck once more.

The food at the buffet was good the service was terrible after eating I went out and played a few slots set bonuses but the only gave a couple dollars on the bonus after losing 40 you hit a bonus and win $5 that's not cool I noticed a lot of other people were hitting bonuses and not winning anything and I want an atmosphere like that it's nice to hear somebody hit something and I'll be excited and laughing and having fun but for a Saturday night and a Saturday night Crowds Are just wasn't people winning

Nice little casino. A nice drive too. But no jackpots , or even 500.00 or any really big wins there.

Pauma is a nice casino but the slots selection on the non-smoking is so limited, I should frequent this place but the absent of my slot machine s favorite was moved to the smoking section example sun and moon, tiki, mystical mermaid, seal deal this make a lot of us the baby boomers sad.

As far as casinos go, this one is on the smaller side. Parking is uncovered and limited.

Great "small" casino. Lots of Keno machines, miscellaneous slots and table games. Friendly personnel, nice diner, buffet, and great at snack bar.

If you are visiting Temecula, you have to go to Pauma, they give you a complimentary $ 10 to play and they give you a voucher for a free meal in their restaurant food, modern machines, good atmosphere.

Love the drive here , still small enough to not be crowded.

I love this casino the employees are always helpful and go out of there way to help you out.

They give $10 free slot machine credit to practice throwing away money before it costs you more than the drive. The drive has awesome roads with tribal police in clumsy pickups patrolling for speed- it's worth making by itself if you have decent vehicular handing skills.

I really like Pauma, the big fun little place> the food cafe is awesome, the nice cashiers and especially the pizza, they decorate very well for extra game tournament events but a lot of times the machines take a longer than average time to bonus, you have to fight for a win. Needs to update the facility. It seems dark and dinghy.

Pay outs are for players who are high rollers.
The live music is always so loud and terrible bands. You'll leave with a massive headache.
Certainly not an enjoyable atmosphere because one can't hear to your company.
Buffet is good.
Drink service is okay.
Other casinos are much, much better.
Avoid if possible this loud, loud money pit.

July 21st: Best 18+ option there is other than Morongo and Barona. Pauma has a much more at home feel, even while they take your money. Food was fine and super cheap, so nice not having sales tax. Slots were fun and had fun with Angela the roulette dealer, even though I didn't come out on top.

Update Sep 21st: Went again and made $140 on Blackjack. Good day. Had a great blackjack dealer, cannot remember his name but very nice guy. Still love the at home feel I get and the free drinks are great.

Update November 20th: 3rd time going and ate dinner at the Pauma Cafe. Good burger and fries for under $10. The slots seemed really tight tonight with my Player's card and I could not hit anything. Monday nights are also much more depressing, the people playing just don't seem happy which puts in a negative vibe. Blackjack was rough too, any way the deck was dealt it seemed like I couldn't get a decent hand. It happens, that is why they call it gambling though. Still had fun I just think Monday night is not the best, too sleepy for my taste.

Update December 30th: amazing time, best dealers, my favorite casino! So busy and great atmosphere.

Update June 25th - The machines just don't pay anymore, no mercy at all, not even money back. Terrible, I will stick to the other places even if they are a little further.

July 4th - had a great time. Seems when it s busier machines are looser.

I love when the casinos are SMALL the winnings are more frequent & the atmosphere is more cozy! I LOVE Pauma!

Exciting,fun, great food and I had the best time I've had in a long time.

I guess if nothing else around,, otherwise not very good. Stuffy, so the smoke that much worse. Definitely worth driving 20-30 minutes to another.

UPDATE: AFTER CHEF LEFT 2 1/2 MONTHS AGO, FOOD HAS GONE DOWNHILL IN TASTE AND SELECTION. BAKED CHICKEN HAS NO FLAVOR, ALL THE VEGETABLES WERE EITHER TO GARLICKY OR NO FLAVOR AT ALL. FOOD TRAYS ARE NOT KEPT STOCKED! SALAD BAR WAS FILTHY AND UNSTOCKED, FOOD DROPPED INTO INTO OTHER FOOD ITEMS AND JUST LEFT THERE, NO DISHES AVAILABLE, MANY TIMES ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING THE FRONT LINE, DOING THE BEST SHE CAN BUT YOU CANT CARVE MEAT, MAKE OMELETS, AND REFILL TRAYS ALL AT THE SAME TIME. New chef took out basic items like fried chicken and other items. The pot roast which use to be the best thing there is now always so salty, you cant eat it plus 3 times in a row, the vegetables were so undercooked, I couldn't stab them with my fork. PAUMA, PLEASE GET A NEW CHEF!
