Considering C-19 going on, various safety measures were in place. While everyone wore mask ofc, some people seemed very lazy with it [half on] & Parking garage was horrendous as usual. I always enjoy going.
Live this place went to the buffet and it was decent food but not for the price..exceptional staff and absolutely beautiful inside..
Took an hour to get a burger at Taphouse! Casino was very cold but very nice! Very expensive, $11 for burger & 4.50 for beer. Bring a jacket & don't come hungry!
Excellent. Very clean. Most of the dealers know the game and are willing to walk you the correct playing measures. Down side not enough food choices in and around the area. Great time in Evansville.

This place is too small and crammed together now. Do not pay out much anymore. And the rewards are not very good anymore either. Wish they would add another level of slota and give better rewards away like they use too.

Resort haha resort this is not but management will list things like SQ feet of the hotel/casino valet parking service,coffee maker,....these are legit reasons to call this a resort however then they list things like a phone in the room,/access to work out room, ( Which is only for employees if it's even there anymore)? Fresh towels n sheets LoL! These are just a few examples those silly things they put down just so they can charge you an extra $17 resort fee for each room each night it's outrageoushowever the casinos entertaining the machines are wound up so tight (nothing like french lick) now that is a resort)
No waiting on cashiers and the hospitality from all the employees there

I actually like the Casino better when it was on the boat because of the non smoking floor.
Wonderful, even during Covid. I saw a few celebrities on the Blackjack tables sitting 6 feet from my husband. I had to try and keep it together.....lololol and not freak out!!!!! It made my night
Nice place, it's not that old, so everything still nice.
I'm very disappointed because I was looking forward to this stay. We like the room the only problem we had was at night a group of people in the room across from us decided to throw a party at 2 am, I call front desk 3 times to get someone up and it took them 1 hour to send security. Next morning I show up to the counter and the guy that help me offer a free breakfast! My response was I need some sleep. Pretty place the staff wasn't as responsive as you expect from a location like this one. In a situation like this you comp. the room since you where not able to contain the situation in a timely fashion.
We went before the casino went to land. Loved the experience! Will update after we go to the new land based casino.

It was awful 2 weekends in the road machines dont hit. Food deli ride they dont change their gloves when they are cooking. It will be nice to at least have a smile but not even that.
Food at Max and Erma's was very good, had the Bags fish tacos and knockout nachos. Food very good
Just not as nice as The Hoosier Lounge. This is definitely not a destination for a date.

Too smokey and crowded, hard to get in on poker and roulette. We waited for two hours trying to get in on a black jack table. They had several tables without dealers so similar to Wal-Mart checkout where they have 50 checkout lanes and 2 cashier's.
Big casino they used to have self serve coffee in the old boat ..

Went into sports book to cash a ticket and place a bet this morning, When arrived the line was out into the casino which bowl games I can understand being busy. I then noticed line wasn't moving at this point I realized they only had one employee taking bets another employee looked to be fixing problems and answering questions!! I could tell this was going to be awhile so opted to use one of kiosk the line was about 5-7 people to each machine and probably 40 in line for desk any way when get to kiosk it won't take tickets I'm thinking mines probably folded or I'm doing it wrong but happen to look there was person to right and left of me who could cash in either!!! We was then told by the guy at desk we needed to move to line if having problems or pay cash at machine!! So by now line is longer people are yelling cause they realize the games are starting!! I declined to pay more money when I'm still owed money I have in hand! I will return to get my money but will not do business here after that!! I will go out of way to go to another casino
Was a nice evening. Would have been a lot better if the air was working properly and they could have lent out a fan. Instead we had to go out and purchased one. They could have reimbursed us with tokens or credit at the casino though.
As a non-smoker the remodel messed up the smoke free zones. Now there are random sections for non-smokers. It is a joke.
