I recently had the opportunity to work with a property management group and overall, my experience was average. The company website was informative and easy to navigate, providing comprehensive details about their services and offerings. However, I found the customer service to be satisfactory at best. The response time was often slower than expected, and there were instances where my inquiries were not addressed promptly. Additionally, there were a few administrative errors that needed to be rectified, which caused slight inconveniences. On a positive note, the team was professional in resolving the issues once they were brought to their attention. While the company did an adequate job in managing properties, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and efficiency.
