It's the only natural park in Mauritius. It's small and has limited animals. The day we visited l, most of it's activities were closed due to rain. Can visit for 3 hours. Interaction with lions and safari are two major activities. Safari had very few animals not worth it. One time visit if you are in Mauritius. Don't expect too much for adults. Kids will enjoy.

Beautiful animal park to spend a day walking around and seeing animals, mostly in semi-freedom, in large expanses of woods and meadows

special place, my favorite wild zoo till now ... it is realy warth to cross all the ocean to visit it... Lion walk is something you should not miss ...

A waiting game everywhere; to buy tickets, for food, to buy tickets for activities, to get a coffee (the server couldn't make the machine work turns out she didn't plug it!) staff looked like they didnt want to be there and one was extremely rude to my 7 year old son. Overall rude and unmotivated staff ruining the day. It has lost its magic! Very sad

The best parks or approaching animals very closely is possible. An excellent memory. I recommend!

If you ever visit Mauritius zip lining should be one of the itinerary to kick off your bucket list location is at the casela world of adventure.

Ticket is too expensive, lions are not included in safari they are separate activity with extra charges .

I went wiz family n it was soooo wonderful.we enjoyed z lion safari n most of all the great tulawaka.tooo superb with its great speed.and the best part is we an do it again and again.my sons also enjoyed lots.the toboggan even was superb n daring for adults n nice for kids.in brief the casela is worth visiting among family.looking forward for next visit.the staff also were superb.tks

Casela is found at cascavelle , Black River . It is found on the west coast of Mauritius . Nice place to visit birds , big cats ,ostriches giraffe ,horses ,giant tortoise & many others . There is a big area for kids . The safari is also nice . There is a nice view over the.restaurant . With the entry ticket one has free access to the 4D movie . There is also parking facilities & free toilet . Wheelchairs also accessible .It is opened for foreign tourists & local people . It's amazing .

This adventure safari park was far too great. Must be here whole day to enjoy every inch of the place and the animals here. The best activity is walking with lions and going into lions area in the truck. Taking pictures with lions cub was amazing. Really a superb animal park in Mauritius.

Beautiful park, well worth a visit, especially the lions and the tigers. Make a drive thru through their stay, does not cost much extra. Go early because you can spend a whole day here, even without extra paid activities. interactions with lions are a bit weird anyway.

Casella bird adventure park is truly a wonderful place to visit if your a millionaire.It lets the general public dive Into the world of animals from aquatic, to green environments or maybe the rough savanna of Africa.
it also has trilling attractions such as zip-lining, quad bike tour, walking with lions, the brand new roller coaster tulawaka and many more dangerous(life trilling) activities. The biggest problem about Casela is the incredibly high prices to do any of these things. The prices are soooo high, that even an average person would literally have to save up for at least 6 months to have an enjoyable time. plus they take advantage of you when all you do is walk in the blazing sun until you find a little corner where they sell water and snakes that is extremely hard to resist the temptation. The other and only problem is the lack of communication with the staffs that everyone that works their has. Once I had to wait an entire hour just for the bus to come as their was a problem that occurred. Because of this, I missed the chance to ride the roller coaster which I planed to do at they end. I had to come back another time to actually do it this time

Really a nice park. At the beginning you have "only" birds, further back you find yourself in an enclosure with turtles.

Very nice experience and guaranteed one of the highlights in Mauritius! (Apart from the beaches and the landscape)

Really nice place! We enjoyed it a lot. Well designed, well maintained. Toilets, handsanitizers, foodhuts everywhere.

Very nice park, bus runs very bumpy, and signage is not optimal.

I would like to write here about the Quad Safari, which unfortunately disappointed us extremely today.
We were on the safari last year and had dedicated guides, good quads and a long great tour across the national park, WOw really great.

This year with friends but completely broken down quads with stuttering motors and broken brakes and hanging plastic parts everywhere!
Staff and guides were uninvolved and completely without enthusiasm and didn't tell anything anymore.

The tour was only zigzag through 1/4 of the dirt, nothing more with a great savannah or view.

Really a shame that started so well but is no longer recommended.

I did not directly inform the management about it but there was no insight or a discount for us
Therefore this disappointed rating !!!

Great way to spend a day! For a young family, no point in taking anything more than the entrance only (850rps) and buying the addons you would like later on... as it's already expensive enough.
Special mention to the petting zoo (farm animals) and various playground.

Not bad but safari buses not so comfortable & roads tooo bumpy !!! Not advisable for people with back issues, slipped discs, nerve issues and very old people!

I spent a wonderful 5 hs with my family,the prices good,one advice if u want to try zip line and maintain activities is better to start with it because at 15:30 stops.if u have children they have playground,and of course they are places to eat.

Adventure of a lifetime. You should go for a walk with a lion.

One of the best places in mauritius to spend some quality time with the family. They started shortly to do night events and its great too.

Top, super park, nothing to do with what we have in France !! The interactions with wild animals are magical moments, very nice staff! No need to buy their photos personal cameras, go pro and smartphones are allowed!

Visited Cassella Park - a kind of big zoo, where you can ride a cart and observe animals. Memorable animals were zebras and big tortoises. If you go to Mauritius, it is a must-see attraction.

Sensational, to go there absolutely. We did the safari in quod taking the rain but it was well worth it, touched a lion and caressed a land turtle. Nice nice nice

Overall, it was a great experience. The place was organized, guidelines were clear and the place is equipped with sanitizer hand pumps everywhere. The zipline was extraordinary, multiple lines and pretty good photographers. Most of the activities inside are free, some payments are required for other activities. Overall, 800 Mauritian rupees for such an adventurer are toyally worth it !!!

I loved this place because they have animals, the place is clean, there is fun activity and it is perfect for young and old.

Great place for family fun, very well rounded experience with lots to do and great employees too!

Nice but not suitable for strollers and the safari is really not up to par with few animals but mostly trucks whose shock absorbers are dead. Extremely painful even dangerous for a baby, the shake is really too important.

Awesome Park, a little dissapointed in the condition of the Lions when we were there. Other than that we had a great time relaxing!

Nice because the animals are very few and most of the people who allow you to wander around them are deer of all kinds in addition to the very delay in the movement between the sites and the predators are very far away and do not listen by looking at them
All the games were closed and I couldn't find the reason

Great place for tourists visiting Mauritius. Plenty of things to do. We've been there at least 3 times on our trips to Mauritius for holidays. This trip we spent 2 hours on quad bikes touring the grounds amongst a lot of exotic animals. Plenty of things to see. Professional photographs are available of your activities at a price.

The zip line + swimming in the river pack is exceptional. The tyros are very large and very high, sometimes over 250m long and at least 30m above the ground. The meal is sufficient. The guides are knowledgeable and very friendly. The setting is absolutely dazzling, a day that will remain in your memory. In addition, a photographer takes care of taking pictures of you. You can pick them up on a USB stick at the end of the day for not too much money. I highly recommend !
