The attractions are amazing but the map inside is misleading. The gate number one is right at the entrance but no sign anywhere. And the safari is only for 15 mins and rarely you can see only 3 to 4 animals. They give you specific time for any paid activity and you have to leave everything in between and run towards the activity gate and if you can't be there in time for any reason you will miss the activity and all the activities are non refundable.
When you get there the park looks amazing, the first attraction was a 4D movie, it was a waste of time, 5 minutes lost and nothing about animals. Walk around the park to watch the animals is nice but the most interesting animals are in the safari tour, of course paid. The lion's experience is amazing, I walked with them and touched them but the pictures are not personalized, they will give you a bunch of pictures with all the persons that spent the tour with you. It is a link to download them, so try to pay it with some one and then share the link. About the safari tour, I spent it renting the bike, very funny and the guides stop to feed some animals near you. It was a bit expensive. Ispent my time there in July 2019.
Nice nature place, great for family togetherness. Listening to the different species of birds gives such an outdoor relaxed feeling. Being able to touch an animal that should normally be free in the wild is somewhat of a privilege (for us but not sure for the animal)
I will recommended visiting but will ask, please respect the animals. Thanks
Disappointing, many animals present on the bill are not present in their cage. The lions seem not to be healthy (very thin). A lot of walking to do I recommend a bottle of water and what to protect from the sun.
Washrooms were dirty and broken. Management was not that great. Only tendency I noticed from management is get as much money as possible from tourists. It's not worth the money we need to spend for the visit of the park. Food served in the restaurant was of poor quality and a bit overpriced.
It is one awesome place to feel close to nature and also do adventure activities. I would love to go there again.
Casela is like a zoo, amusement park, and scenic view all combined into one. Great for kids and families, but great for me too! All the staff members were helpful, friendly, and laughed at my jokes (important). The website suggestions 4 hours to see everything, but if you do any bookings (which are amazing!) you'll spend most of that time waiting in line for your adventure and will unable to visit the rest of the park. I suggest coming as early as you can so you'll have more time and can see the animals awake instead of taking their afternoon naps.
Wonderful experience must visit if u r animal lover. Food and water a bit expensive carry as much water as u can it is allowed no food allowed though
Nice experience, Nepalese bridge and zip line are key attractions here.
A must visit for all families. Great way to take the fear of large animals out of your child's mind.
Best place to visit in Mauritius, whether you have kids or not...
You find yourselves connected with nature..for those who love animal its the right place where you can meet wild animals specially the lions
Really bad service. We went yesterday and it was a never ending queue for buying tickets. We managed to get in and the slide and the balloon attraction was not even inflated. They wrote : out of order due to bad weather despite we all know how sunny the whole week has been. Should have been informed upfront when buying tickets. Also the tulawaka ride had us waiting for 2 hours to get in and personnel scolded a boy. I would rather not reveal the name here to maintain diplomacy. Well they prevent you from getting your own drinks and snacks while they sell them inside for thrice the price. Really need to review the service again for certain activities. Otherwise 4D was nice and staffs were welcoming as well. Overall not worth the rs300 we paid yesterday and we are 7 in all so rs2100 wasted in vain.
It was our first visit to Mauritius and we liked it very much. We went to Casela Park on a public holiday late afternoon and it was crowded. The receptionist informed us that park will close by 5pm and advised us to visit next day in order to fully enjoy the facilities. The park entrance fees was MRU 850 per adult (non resident). We did animal safari and saw many animals. The park take good care of animals and they are free to roam in certain area. You can also walk with trained lions and pet them for additional fee. Other available activities includes zip lines, roller-coaster, swing and others. We would highly recommend for kids.
Must visit .... Interaction with lions are unique here
Fadela adventure park is to do during your stay in Mauritius, very large park with different activities, zip line, subway, safari bus, etc ...
It was very nice...had great time with marvellous adventure. so much fun.
Nice area with many animals. Some could use a bit more space.
Somewhat strange is the lethargy of the predators, which you can pet for extra money, that was a bit too much adventure and too little welfare.
Beautiful design and suitable prices missing some kinds of animals and reptiles
Beautiful place and such great interaction with animals!!
The evenings at Casela are at the top. The sound is good and the beautiful setting. However ladies and damsels, opt for flat shoes or the night may be long.
Interesting for children. VERY MUDDY after rain! Very long queues for the "mountain railway".
Wow....this place is brilliant. Not your typical amusement park...the encounters are amazing, the quad bike safari make a regular safari a lot more immersive. We got to feed zebras in the safari quad drive. The tubogan type roller coaster was great fun...just keep your distance before starting...some of the youngsters think its fine to stop in the middle of the track.
Beautiful park, but which has become a little too touristy. It was better a few years ago ...
This note not for the quality of the park, which is very pleasant, pleasant and fun, but for its scandalous pricing policy which makes foreigners pay more than locals. It is not the only park in Mauritius to practice this and it is simply unacceptable. What will a Mauritian say who comes to visit Disneyland and who will be treated like this?
It is purely and simply segregation bordering on xenophobia.
Incredible to see this in a country that wants to be touristy in 2018, they still have a lot of progress to make.
Awesome animal adventure style park. Good for families as well
It was a very superb experience. We must have enjoyed max.
Its an amazing one stop place for all kind of adventures, from jungle safaris to all kind of adrenaline pulsating rides. Ideal for kids and grown up equally. Circuits have been planned well with shades, resting places, washrooms and restaurants tactically located. Staff is very helpful and security conscious. Do try walk with the big cats...its awesome. Bon Voyage...Bon chance
Awesome place. They are taking care of the animals very well. Keep it up guys a must visit place..
The best natural park I've ever been in !!! Absolutely recommended the safari in the tiger and lion enclosures, and the interaction with lions!
We had an amazing time here. Make sure you spend an entire dat there and plan well in advance. There is a lot to do. Do the Lion Walk if you can!
Great for activities, fun, it's idyllic, dynamic it's extra ordinary you feel in Africa it's amazing, there are also moments of adrenaline, moments of fear, mountain adventures a lot '' another choose again it's just awesome to feel the animals closest to you
Nice place to bring the kids and even for grown ups. The only draw back is the wait and price of food.
Loved the authenticity of the place! The games were fun as well!!
the march of the lions is incredible
To do absolutely
Except the fact you can't bring any food with you and have to pay inside for it, this is indeed a really good place. Love it !
Great experience for animal lovers...... Many interesting activities with family
Went to the park this morning. However, I would not go there again. Many animals, especially birds, have small desolate cages. You always have the feeling of being ripped off, because everything costs extra.
This place is good. Lots of cool animals to look at, but the only negative was the safari. It was unexciting and not something I would recommend.
Quite expensive entry. Quite large park enough to spend a good day with family or friends. Take this opportunity to pet the lion cubs and the giraffes (for a fee). Avoid getting on the safari bus when there are people, it's unbearable. The ocean view is sublime.
Imported animals not native to the island... but a nice overall experience
An Extraordinary Adventure! To do absolutely, in my opinion, if you come to Mauritius and of course, if you love animals ^^.
You can book your activities on their site.
The park is large enough that you can easily spend the day there, you can eat on site, the prices are reasonable.
Free shuttle takes you to different places in the park. Possible to go back.
There is so much to do! I prefer to let you go see their site;).
The best of: entry into the lion cage! A magical moment, I make it clear that the animals ARE NOT SHOOT! AND treated very well.
You enter with a stick and some safety instructions, the trainers surround you and of course watch over you.
We can do lots of activities by adding to the price of the ticket.
For us: interaction with the lions. (I forgot the price because the experience was so extraordinary! :))
Food for giant tortoise (approx. + 4 )
Small problem plan an umbrella or kaway because lack of shelter when it rains: s
Good visit !.
Get on with your home line!
Shoes that can be discarded because of a quad bike, please put on your clothes!
White shoes, white tits (garbage bag trash can)
Walking with Ryan! Touching Ryan Nono
KaZela chan-chan barely takes off
Worst place to be during peak period no proper gestion of the mass
It was good could spend the entire day wihout boredom with activities animals keeping us occupied.
Great playground, lots of shaded paths make it a good pick for a hot day. Restaurant was reasonably priced. Highlights were being able to pet the tortoises and the luge which you can go on as much as you like. Last bus leaves very promptly at 4.55 pm.
Beautiful forest park with thrilling hill roller coaster .
It s very good for family
I didn't like the place that much, but the activities are fun and you must try
Font go on a sunday, all attractions bar the tabogan are closed...
My kids loved it. The park offers many different options, so that everyone gets their money's worth.
Park for the whole day. Activities are best booked in advance via the Internet. At the cash desk, it works terribly slowly. Organization of transport inside too. It was not our fault that we were late for Zip Line and we were greatly spoiled by the mood. But overall worth a visit
Nice animal park.
Rare possibility, if not unique, to walk with lions! To do ; impressive.
We will guide you to be by their side and pet them.
Interaction also with cheetahs.
Magic
Good amusement park for kids, but few and expensive eatery stalls within. No food and drinks allowed. The animals are well maintained.
A fabulous place to go with family....its beyond expectation...love the birds, cats and other species.....a visit is a must..!!!
