Casela nature park is 250 hectares of pure fun.The Safari package includes drive thru in fenced vehicle and 15 min interaction with lions. One can have the photos of the lion interaction for 600 Mauritian rupees. The interaction costs about 1000 Mauritian rupees. They send them to your email address. The bird aviary has colourful birds like cockatoos, macaws, pheasants, hornbills.Peacocks and turkeys roam freely in the park. There is a petting farm which has horses ,hares, hens whom you can pet. Also roaming freely are tortoises, ostriches and deers. The safari in the park vehicle is an amazing experience as one can see animals like kudus waterbucks, oryx, white rhinos in free state. The cat sections has Serval, white lions, cheetahs and African lions.Hippos and Giraffes are also there.

An interesting park.

An interesting park.
I advise you to try zip-line. They are not allowed to take pictures of themselves on the camera only if the action camera is mounted on the chest, as both hands are needed for travel. I nevertheless agreed at my own peril and risk to film myself on the zipline, having paid with my forearm erased about the cable :)
There are photographers from the park selling your photos over 1000 rupees.
They took with his wife in the morning without a "Nepalese bridge", because in the afternoon, the weather often deteriorates, and at the beginning of the day there is no zipline with a bridge.
And so it happened. After a heavy downpour began, and we still had a safari. Watching lions and giraffes is not worth it, but it s better to go on a safari right away, because shuttles wait a very long time, and not all stops are normally equipped with a cover, which is very critical during heavy rain.
Wet to the skin. Yes, and the buses themselves are poorly designed for trips in the rain. All seats were wet and puddles formed inside.
To try to maximize this park, give it 6 hours, no less, and come earlier, because after spending 5 hours on zipline and safari, we didn t have time for the rest

200 euros lost !!! Much disappointed, quads down, we were left alone with our two kids in the park with the animals roaming free for 20 min. Then when we went to the restaurant they prepared our sandwiches with frying oil taken in the ladle directly into the fryer! Disgusting. We refused and waited 30 minutes to be refunded. We could not visit the park because of all these endless expectations and when we asked the reception to make a commercial gesture because at 16h we still had not taken our meal or made the park knowing that it closes At 17h we were refused any refund !!! A shame, we lost a day here zet nojs were very badly received !!! If you go I advise you to pay attention to hygiene and in case of inconvenience you can not in any case be refunded ... 200 euros lost

Very good overall, but there is too much waiting between 2 buses to make a distance that is feasible on foot. So, it's really a shame to be forced to take these buses between different activities.

Very beautiful park that is constantly evolving and not afraid of being modernized.
If you want to see and do everything then you should be there early and plan a whole day.
You may not bring food, but they have nothing against drinks. We were there twice and were able to take every time with water bottles. At the entrance there is a pocket control. The food and drinks in the park are in the normal price segment, compared to German or European parks even as favorable to call
The animals are obviously well, at least what we saw.
In my opinion, they also have enough space.

A lot has changed in the past. The animals have more space, and the experience has become more intense. It is possible to go into the enclosure and experience the animals of Nahe. The animals are being worked on and we have received expert information from experts. The planting is very nice and the plant maintained. The entrance fee of Rp 750 per person is justified.

A must do in your mauritius iteneary. You can see the wild life and can feel them. Activities like interaction with lion and cheetah are once in a lifetime. Plus you can see the african giraffes and white rhinoceros. Also in safari you may see alot of different animals like ostrich, waterbuck, deers etc. Must do

Really nice experience but the fences make it very difficult for pictures (more like tight mesh) and it is not easy to make your way around as it was unclear what the buses do and where your going (not bad but could be a lot better - English is supposed to be the official language of Mauritius but don't be fooled as it's French!)

Had an amazing time with the big cats. From my last visit 3 years ago there have been some new things but its sad that there is not much birds as used to have. Before there were peacocks flying around but now saw 2 without the tails. The food and beverages are expensive though.

really nice and beautiful place that limits us to cut the world! There is everything with animals: safari guided for the little ones and love animals with thrills with zip line and walking with lions, everyone will find happiness! And if you are hungry there is of course a restaurant!

Interaction with big cats is must try adventure in this park. Truly amazing once in a life time experience compare other zoos i have visited. Big park with safaris arranged for big cats and other animals will save time and energy to move across the park.

It was so good. It is a zip line scenery, a road, too long, a quad bike is long and a lot of attractions. Especially, it is expensive to walk like a saber. Unlike the people, there is a lot of competition.

Amazing is not the word and walking with lions is simply breath taking. MUST Visit for all ages. One can spend time feeding the animals too. It is quite a large spread out area offering some activities as well.

Relaxing family place. However that seemed to be a lack of safari buses . Probably due to winter school holidays. I think the Park Managers should know that n plan their number of buses accordingly.

Casela have nice attractions amusement parc but the birds section lacks variety and need more life to make it enjoyable. The safari is a waste of time. Direction signs are not well indicated very confusing.

Excellent wildlife Park that requires at least a full day to explore. The quad safari is a must do, but be sure to take a change of clothing as (depending on the weather) you will either be very dusty or wet and muddy afterwards. The safari lasts around two hours and you come face to face with Ostriches, Antelope, Deer and Zebras that you can actually touch!

You cover a lot of ground in the two hour safari and see some beautiful scenery along the way that, at times, takes your breath away.

It s always a pleasure to visit Casela Adventure Park.
The park has grown since our first visit for over 12 years ago, but it retains the beauty that makes the visit worthwhile. See bats, peacocks and other birds in natural environment, add some cool rides, and you have a whole day of fun ahead of you.

Word of advice:
1. Bring plenty of water... the weather is hot, and the price of drinks are high (compared to outside).
2. Come early!! And don t go on a public holiday if you don t like queuing up
