We have a lot of fun and happy time there!!! It s clean and the staffs are friendly and nice!!!

Got kicked out because my husband had a pocket knife, someone randomly noticed it in his pocket **this is kamloops**. We didn't even think of it. It led to a dramatic 3 security guards pulling him off the table and escort out the front door. This was an issue that could have been dealt with more professionally.

Restaurants has problems and casino was kind of lackluster.

The restaurants have good food and good service. The casino floor is clean, and there is lots too choose from for you to play.

The usual...they are trying to make up the money they didn't make during the strike. So they just keep taking everyone's money. Minimal winners of small amounts. Small amount of people inside due to lack of entertaining gaming.

Nice Casino with a good restaurant. Decent number of table games and a good variety of slits. Large clean bathrooms and plenty of free parking.

Hate the fact that they don't have an actual roulette table in operation which sucks and is the only part the casino needs to work on if they want more people to come

Great atmosphere n the little person behind the bar was very polite n great personality n quite attractive

Was fun befor the strike but now it is not a fun place to go every one Just complaining that no one wins anymore.I have found the same thing spending $400.00 to $800.00. And never win a thing.

I don't gamble but the food is good, and I like to watch people.

Very inviting. Greet you as you enter the casino. The staff was freindy. Be going back next time we are in town.

My grandparents come here 3 times a week so they brought my wife and I here to get our own cards and accounts. They have a great assortment of machines and tables. We ended up playing for a few hours and didnt lose a bunch of money. Cant wait to come back as my grandfather has won over $1000 a few times . That is for a great experience

The casino has many slots and some expensive drinks. It does have table games, but you can usually only play them after 7 or 9 fridays and Saturdays. The staff are quite friendly when they are not on strike. Not a horrible casino, but just average. If you are used to good casinos like in the US this place may be a bit of a let down. They bathroom's are really nice and the food options that they have are good quality, but overpriced.

Don't order draft beer at Matches watered down garbage Casino just as bad Service was terrible

Just played the slots for a while. Would be nice if they paid a bit better

This casino is fantastic. From security all the way to the wait staff to cashier. The security their is fantastic. They helped me find my cell phone I lost. Find my device stated it was there and they were gracious enough to take the time to help.

Was kinda dead here, only real game going on was blackjack and couldn't even get a spot. The slots were pretty average and it's not a big casino. The restaurants inside are good, but unless you're really in to casinos I wouldn't really recommend this place

the security lady at the front is RUDE! get better staff.

I am very disgusted with one of your staff members after my visit last week..... This particular individual yelled "F.. .. K!!!" aggressively startling not only me but a elderly lady beside me.... He was tall and had dark hair and dark facial hair...... we asked what his name was from another worker and she said it was benn... thoroughly not impressed with the aggressive behaviour and not wanting to come back if this is how staff behave here.

The food in the buffet was just awful I thought the first time I was there they were having problems but it was just as bad the last time I was there . Never again

It misses the atmosphere that comes with a bigger and busier casino.

Bright and well appointed. Good parking and easy access from highway. Varied selection of machines good return on the dollar.

They allow RV parking but you must call ahead and of course get a player's card and visit the casino or one of the eateries. RVers please call ahead parking lot isn't very big.

Won over a thousand bucks twice within 4 days of each other. Fun place, great games.

Very nice casino with plenty of dining options. Good selection of slots with nice comfortable layout of the casino floor. Unfortunately, the slots are among the stingiest in North America. Must be playing on a return to player in the low to mid 80's, because you experience few if any free or bonus games during play. BCLC must be really hard up for revenue and patrons understand payout are sparse, so they refrain from visiting Cascades Casino and it shows in the thin traffic on the floor for a midweek evening.

I like the machines. They're fun to play even if I don't win on them...lol.

We had a fantastic lunch at The Buffet. It was two for one today, so my friend and I both ate for half price. The food was excellent and the variety was decent. Overall a wonderful experience.

Best casino in Kamloops. Great restaurants and great gaming floor.

Ok casino wish they would have more table games ie pai gow poker, friendly staff.

Clean and enjoyable. It is pretty new so it looks modern. I had a great time here.

One of the better "smaller" community casinos that I have visited. It is fairly new, clean and safe, has multiple dining venues, and ample free parking. Slot and table games are offered. It's also easy to find, located within easy access of the main highway, and close to Costco.
