Wow ... I gave it a star because I can't give it 0. I've never had such a bad internet ... I called support more than 10 times, had more than one technical visit and couldn't even upload videos on youtube. Not to mention that for you to subscribe is 5 minutes and canceling, I was on the line for more than half an hour without anyone guiding me on anything! 10 mega and the speed seemed dialed. I called to cancel and they even tried to sell me the internet. Hahahaha joke

As I was a client of this company, I can talk about my bad experience with them. The modem is weak because of the wi-fi it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting no matter what configuration it uses, it always does this, the client does not have access to the modem panel to make the correct settings, every time you have to touch the modem, you have to enter contact with them, something that other companies do not work in that archaic way, the customer has every right to have access to his modem panel. And you can only talk to them on whatsapp because by phone no one answers you have to wait more than 1 hour making the waiver. The service is expensive and other companies give you a better plan at a lower cost.
