My wife and I were looking to buy a home and started with two other lenders who proved to be "lazy and unresponsive ". We then found a house and were set up with Kelly King. With the market being crazy and rates rising Kelly was very diligent and very open on how long and what kind of process it would take.

I received a numerous amount of emails with updated info an our progress. I was able to email and call Kelly and get questions answered about any information that I did not understand, he was very informative and very understanding on the matters that needed answers. I would recommend Cascade to anyone, family and friends!

Thanks to Kelly and his team, my wife and I closed today on our long-term home.

Seriously the worst company to go with! They've pulled our credit 3 different times. They have taking 4 months to get everything done. We've been told about 4 different times we would be closing and have yet to actually close. Melissa NEVER answers he phone and was rude when I talked to her. Debbie however has been very helpful and always answers the phone. Wouldnt waste your time dealing with this company.

The process thus far has went seamless, although everything hasn t been finalized we are so excited to work with the company given the response we ve already received. Look forward to completing the entire process and will update further as closing is finalized. Will definitely recommend to the next person looking for a solid company for the home financing.

Kelly and his team truly helped my husband michael and I out when getting things done for our future home and was helpful with every question we had.
They made sure to keep up with things to keep moving forward and keeping us in the loop with details. Overall i am happy we got to work with someone awesome and helpful for us being a 1st home buyers! High recommend!

The worst mortgage loan company i have ever dealt with. They make promises they won't keep, and lie to you and never make notes of what they've told you. They don't answer their phones, never accept a partial payment and are just flat out rude. Melissa is the worst and has even hung up on my husband. Very unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs. Don't make the same mistake as us.

We've had a mortgage with Cascade since 2008. This year we got some insurance quotes and decided to stay with the co we've been with. One of the cos contacted Cascade without our permission, and they paid them out of our escrow acct without bothering to ask us! We didn't want them bc they don't provide the flood insurance our mortgage requires, yet they funded it anyway!? My husband has called numerous times only to get an attitude of Oh well, not our problem and nothing we can do. The ins co ghosted us and we've had to get an attorney to get the $ refunded back to our escrow acct, which we need to fund our ins and taxes so our pymt doesn't go up due to THEIR incompetence.
I needed the amt they paid for my atty, so I called today, and got that famous 'customer service', but that's way too long to put here. I'll just say the negative reviews are spot on. IMO the employees are immature and unprofessional. I can't wait to be done with them and I would live in a van down by the river before I would ever do business with them again. This happened in Feb, It's sep 23. They've made it clear they have no interest in helping us resolve this, nor do they think they did anything wrong.

Absolutely the best experience we've ever had with a mortgage company. Brittani was extremely helpful and always there to answer any questions along the way. I'm very impressed with the quality of service that we received.
