Been coming here for 8 months now, always a good experience. People are nice and professional and do their best to get you in and out as quickly as they can. Now they also check you in with a computer, so simple process. Keep up the great work.
For a Truck Driver, The WORST Took 2 Hours to deliver 1 Pallet. Trucks Down the Block, Blocking intersection. Horrible System. AVOID ANY LOADS TO THEM!!!! I would have taken a photo but blocking intersection. Other times waited in cage for one hour to be noticed. HORRIBLE!! Whoever gave them more than 2 stars works there!!!!
Very attentive to my needs when I was shipping goods. Great attitude in assisting me through the process and competitive rates. Will continue to refer CASAS to my peers.
Good at brokering but for shipments out or deliveries in I found I was better off booking them with Ofer Express Freight Services - they got it in and out without detention and hassle.
Rudy and Mario really make this place enjoyable to truck drivers.
I was waiting to get unloaded and felt I was getting skipped because I had a flatbed instead of a van and saw Rudy actively running the docks and so expressed to him my situation. Rudy right away got Mario to unload me. Great to have employees with great helpful attitudes when working. Made my day.
Absolutely ridiculous. The treatment received was subpar. I went with them because of a referal. They are terrible. Unprofessional. And they treat their employees like dirt. They lied about sending receipts, and several other things. Stay away.
