The jewels are well presented and highlighted and only for the pleasure of the eyes, it is good to spend there.

Last week I visited this Cartier location along with my mother and sister during our short visit to Paris. We were assisted by two very kind gentleman, Lionel Eckert and Gabriel Benazech. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, consistent, and patient while the three of us were deciding on which pieces to purchase. As we were all a bit undecided, they made the decision making process a lot easier and simpler. Not once did we feel rushed, pressured, or intimated during the entire process. Both Lionel and Gabriel are hidden gems at this location and make you feel extremely comfortable in a jewelry store that could be intimidating for the average customer. They went above and beyond and should be rewarded for their excellent sales and customer service skills as well as their knowledge background in the high-end jewelry business. Ask for one of these two and you will not be disappointed!!

Disappointed with the poor sales rep who was leaning on the mens watches on first floor, just saying have a look. Was asking about a watch and her lack of professionalism turned me off so I walked out. This was at 4.15pm, if I knew her name I would have no problems in shaming her. Hermes got my business.

From the nearby common brand headquarters ( LV), the customer service was much better, and the English-speaking staff were abundant.

For my engagement, I chose the excellence of the French jewelery and I can tell you that I was not disappointed; On the contrary, I was excellently welcomed, understood and accompanied (until my driver also leaving the shop) I think I can say that it is the best experience I had to live at a shop.

My favorite perfume. I love Cartier more than any other perfume in the world. Especially statement. You really started what others could not do. Courage to all the staff and their employers. You are the best of the best.
