Great place to have you're medication filled. Very friendly and knowledgeable..

I love the digital refill informant, it keeps me from forgetting all my prescription status so I don't run out. GREAT SERVICE! It's an app for my iphone(android too) called "PocketRx". Even before this app they ALWAYS provide GREAT service. We love them all at Carter's Pharmacy!

Everytime I come to pick up my prescriptions they have great customer service and always call me when there is a delay in my meds.

Worst Pharmacy in the pooler area. They gave me the wrong medicine then denied it. Wouldnt take it back. $165 down the drain for something I didnt need.

I've been with Carter's for as long as I can remember . It really is your hometown pharmacy , where you're always family . ( Buddy wouldn't have it any other way ) . Times may have changed since the doors opened , but Carter's still has the values today - as it did then . Thanks guys . Y'all the best

Carter's pharmacy is the true definition of a home town pharmacy. They always go above and beyond for my family and me. Brandon, Amber, Mikayla, Shannon, and all the others keep me with this pharmacy.

Love the new app; just used it for the first time and it was very easy to manuever.

I called to see about getting my prescription filled and some women was just extremely rude for no reason.

Amber the Pharmacist is very smart and caring to customers and to her employees. This is why the store gets 5 stars. I have been to other Pharmacies where the Pharmacists sound like robots; when they are being counseled on medication. Amber you get a professional and caring responses. She will answer any questions that you may have.

They do provide flu shots at this location, which is great because flu shots are very important to get and not that many people know of this location and pharmacy, and when flu season hits this might be one of the Pharmacies to have the flu vaccine.

Another great service they have, if you live in the Pooler/Garden City area (a certain distance though), you can request for your prescriptions to be delivered to your house as a courtesy from the company.

Other staff, it is a hit or miss with customer service, about 80% of the time, you will receive great customer service and the other 20% are just not personable and do not know how to communicate with patients/customers with complaints.

Most of the employees will look up discount/coupons for certain medications that patients/customers insurance will not cover or if you do not have insurance. This is not for every medication. But, they will check and see, if there is manufacturer coupons for certain medications. As a courtesy for customers. That is a huge plus and can save a lot of money for a patient/customer.

The company does genuinely care about their patients/customers. And greatly appreciates your service.
