Amber the Pharmacist is very smart and caring to customers and to her employees. This is why the store gets 5 stars. I have been to other Pharmacies where the Pharmacists sound like robots; when they are being counseled on medication. Amber you get a professional and caring responses. She will answer any questions that you may have.

They do provide flu shots at this location, which is great because flu shots are very important to get and not that many people know of this location and pharmacy, and when flu season hits this might be one of the Pharmacies to have the flu vaccine.

Another great service they have, if you live in the Pooler/Garden City area (a certain distance though), you can request for your prescriptions to be delivered to your house as a courtesy from the company.

Other staff, it is a hit or miss with customer service, about 80% of the time, you will receive great customer service and the other 20% are just not personable and do not know how to communicate with patients/customers with complaints.

Most of the employees will look up discount/coupons for certain medications that patients/customers insurance will not cover or if you do not have insurance. This is not for every medication. But, they will check and see, if there is manufacturer coupons for certain medications. As a courtesy for customers. That is a huge plus and can save a lot of money for a patient/customer.

The company does genuinely care about their patients/customers. And greatly appreciates your service.
