My family and I just got done eating at Katie's Country Kitchen inside Carson valley inn. I can say I am very satisfied with the service, food, and prices. The only thing that could be better is the breading on the chicken fried steak. The breading was very hard on the bottom of the steak, other than that everything was amazing and you have to try the ice cream! The black cherry ice cream is fabulously delicious. We will definitely be back again!

Very clean! We booked ahead before everyone decided to go out, so we got a good rate. Not sure what they are now, but no doubt they'll jump on the price gouge all other places are doing. This was a clean, beautiful hotel. However. The smell of cigarette smoke in the casino is bad, but the restaurants and bar are great! Pool was excellent, also, and very, very clean! Thank you for the exceptional cleanliness. It made us feel good to be there.

First time here. We loved the atmosphere.
Quaint. Super Clean. Staff is very nice. They are willing to go above and accommodate.

This place is simply amazing!! An old school hotel and casino feel maintained to the highest standards. The steak house is must, in addition the staff was very friendly including the blackjack dealers. I didn t get a chance to use the pool and spa but I did take a peek and was absolutely perfect!!

Check in was super easy, room was very clean, everyone I encountered working here was extra friendly. Good enough options for food on-site but can easily drive just a couple minutes for multiple other food options. Free parking was also a plus. My kids loved the indoor pool and hot tubs. Good value for the price, not 5 star amenities but wasn't expecting that either for the price paid. Definitely an enjoyable stay, will be back.

No microwave in room.. we mentioned that as we were leaving and they said, oh just ask we'll bring you one.. nothing anywhere said that.
Rooms very clean. Nice staff.

Just no amenities that we are used to.. like breakfast, tea bags in room.

Couldn't find any carts to carry luggage to room.. they were locked in a valet room that was not attended.

When the valet did show up we had carried most of our stuff by hand already, but he was very nice and helped me load my stuff on a cart.

And the Jacuzzi... One was warm water with so so jets, one was a little bit hotter with very weak jets.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. My husband is handicapped and can't walk very far. They gave us a beautiful remodeled room near the entrance. It was easy access for him. I wished we could have stayed longer than one night.

I came for a very special dinner where they honored a very special businessman and leader in the area of businees. Thank you Douglas County Business Council for hosting us. The food was amazing, i gambled a little and a left with more more than I startrd with so no complaints. Jobs Perk had a super friendly lady who was very kind and gracious.

Overall a great experience I reccomend to anyone in the North West Nevada Area to visit at least once.

Really nice casino/hotel. We were here for almost a full week for a motorcycle event and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and we ate at all three places in the hotel. The steakhouse was obviously the best(and should be considering the prices). I'm not a gambler but I know several in our group won money at the slots.
Its only getting 3 stars because the pool/spa area and smoking drags it down. We used these(pool) on a regular occurrence and the spa was mislabeled for which side temps were set to a certain temperature. The pool was very clear, so clear you could see things floating in the water.
Lastly I was surprised to see smoking indoors was still legal. Looks like only on the gambling floor but still, that permeates everywhere including where we eat and sleep. For the price we paid(which was discounted so its usually more) I expected better.
Other than that it was a great stay.
