Great Experience. The 2 gentlemen that came to install our trees, Tim and Tony, were amazing. They started by taking the time to listen to what my Wife and I were trying to accomplish with the placement. They dug thru all the hard rock and installed all 7 of our trees in no time. Everything looks great and could not be happier. Once the trees were installed, they took the time to clean up not only the backyard but the front street area after they were complete. Truly professional gentlemen. Would look forward to working with them again when we have more work done.

We drove from north Springfield twice to look at their plants. No one spoke to us either time. The first time someone walked through the parking lot, the second time we never saw anyone there. I guess they don't have customer service nor do they want to sell anything.

I would have rated Carson s at 0 stars if possible . Simply stated, they posted that they were open (9 to 4) and they were not. We were there at 2:30. Also, there was no message on their phone, explanatory or otherwise.

Friendly staff, not sure about the products.I threw away $400 on Plants to have 3 die out of 4! We bought (2) trees in the past to have them do the same thing. I guess we should have learned our lesson last time. The only thing we have bought here that survived was - Stone & Sod.

The place is absolutely gorgeous! Great variety of plants & material around! In addition A Great staff to work with makes it the best nursery in the area!!

In my opinion, items are over priced. Dogwood trees were 2x what they should be.

Always a great experience when I visit Carson's to make landscape purchases. They are always busy, but the staff is always helpful and full of knowledge. It's a pleasure to buy from this local business.

Clean Cut Lawn Care

very helpful employees. Way More expensive then I expected, but they have a huge variety of landscaping options. No vegetable or fruit gardening plants during the first week of june when I was there.

I called ahead of time since we were coming from Branson. I asked if they had any River Birch tree's, the women said yes and described them. My husband and I jumped in the truck and headed up there. The tree's were all dead. The women never came out to apologize for our drive. She offered us a 20% discount....Really! She could of offered us a bigger one for half off for our trouble's. The tree's were not taken care of and were just sitting out of pot's in compost no soil. We were extremely upset on how much time was wasted of our day.

Their products are great but I think their prices are very high.

Great place for all your landscaping needs or just for beautifying your yard. They have a knowledgeable staff, Lacey, helped me with selection for shady and sunny locations and recommendations for plant care. I highly recommend Carson's. DO IT!!!

Because I found the best selection at Carson's I went back a second time.
I was greeted by a very nice man who took me to what I was looking for. He was very helpful, loaded my plants and the girls inside were very pleasant. Everyone has a bad day once in awhile and I'm glad I gave Carson's a second chance.

I wandered around and finally found what I was looking for. They have a great selection. Went inside for help and the two ladies were not very nice to me. One acted like I was asking stupid questions, then when I asked how much to deliver the trees and plant them, she said 60% of the price of each tree and was so smug about it I just left. I felt like she thought I couldn't afford the trees and she was wasting her time. Be sure to dress up and carry your designer bag if you go there expecting someone to be nice to you.

Everyone at Carson's has been so helpful, even making a tedious alteration because it did not match expectations. I love the design, the choice of plants and cannot wait for Spring to see the colors!! Highly recommended
