Been loyal customer for a many years and had superior customer service. Closed most of their stores and the salespeople don't seem to care anymore. The place went downhill. I will no longer do business with them.

Paul from Carpet N More is a amazing person with out standing capabilities, he understood my requirement very quickly and went out of way to help me in getting the correct material in time. He takes pain in his work and ensured follow up . My family is so please to have met such a honest, upright and caring sale associate. I wish him and Carpet and More all the best .

Place is nice as the staff are also, Bob is very knowledgeable about flooring and helped with my decision so I didn't waste time hunting for laminate that was old and probably very hard to find. He let me know that the newer laminates are better in every aspect. I recommend this place for flooring to everyone.

The worst experience I ever had with a company that promises to make things right, I had some tile replaced and when the tech came out, he did the worst job I ever seen, I mean, I could have done the job better with my 5 year old, when the tech didn t cover and protect the areas in my home he was working in, he started to remove the old tile with a hammer, chips of tile flying all over the floor and in the tracks of my new sliding glass door, as he was hammering away, hits my brand new sliding glass door tracks and damages the tracks, he cuts the new tile to fit and he dry cuts the new tile, that caused chipping on the new tile, he installed it like that, after the install he doesn t finish the grout, the grout he did do, left grout haze all over my floor, he never cleaned up, he didn t vacuum any of the mess he left or wipe up any of the foot prints he left behind. I could not believe my eyes! Very unprofessional. Never again! Now I m dealing with getting this replaced again and getting the runaround. No one seems to care.

Installed tile the way I wanted it done( almost zero grout lines). Carpets with right padding for kids to play on. Excellent communication with sales and installation.

I had a great experience getting new carpet and flooring for my new home. Karin was very good at listening to my thoughts about what I wanted and helping narrow down the options so I could make a decision. I found the price to be very competitive too.

Never answers your needs. I went twice trying to get a piece of carpet. They said that they were going to call me back. Nothing. Very sad.
