So far so good. I have been to a few interviews and conducted VTC interviews with other schools. They were impressed by my resume which Carney, Sandoe helped me tweak to make me a more competitive teaching candidate.

They are good!!! Once I finished my application, I got a phone call from them to discuss more details. Then I keep receiving many teaching positions.

I have used this service for two separate job searches over the past 11 years. In 2007 I was placed with one of the top 10 private schools in the nation, which I eventually left to pursue educational goals of my own. In 2014, when I went back on the market, I received over half a dozen phone and Skype interviews with very interesting schools before I found a job in Higher Ed on my own. CS&A does a great job narrowing down prospective candidates with schools that fit. They may reject your application, but that probably has less to do with you and more to do with the peculiarities of private schools and the functions they require their employees to carry out.
