No regard for the homeowners adjacent to their company. Construction/forklift noise around the clock. Excessive intrusive lighting and noise makes it impossible to ever open windows, curtains or blinds. Definitely has made it impossible to enjoy sitting on my deck ever again, or anything outside my home for that matter. The suggestion of a noise barrier wall, like are in place along highways, would be a tremendous improvement. The ability to enjoy my home has been impossible since this company has been in business across the tracks from our residential neighborhood.

It s a pretty good place to work. Yes it s fast paced and physical labor. If your lazy and like to stand around stay away. Pay is decent with the overtime, benefits aren t the greatest. They focus on safety which I like. I never realized how unsafe my other construction jobs were. Great coworkers and managers. High quality products, no matter your skill level, you can t achieve the same degree of accuracy building every thing on site.

The company talks a big game but as a former employee I can say that is all it is. Built on safety is their motto but in the field that's proven to be just words, if it takes longer or requires additional equipment to do it safely you will be told to "Get it done" and the implication is that safety is not a priority. Quality is often preached as a top priority but when doing it right takes too long then the boss gets on your case to just "Get it done". If you are desperate for work then this is a good option, they will take anyone, the pay is mediocre, the work is backbreaking and the stress is crushing but it's borderline impossible to get fired just keep looking for alternative employment because this is not a career you want to stay in, or at least not with this company

Great company to work for! I'm subcontracted through Trillium Construction, but this company is very well structured and maintained. Hope they hire me directly soon! Workers are safe, professional, and do quality work.
