Very quick and easy service to obtain a valuation even considering the current situation. Price was very competitive. Great communication and easy transaction.

Carpenters were recommended to us and we were very impressed with the service from the initial phone call through to the post-survey queries. We received a thorough, informative and timely report. Carpenter Surveyors were absolutely fantastic. Tracey responded to my enquiry quickly and a date was arranged for the survey asap. Tracey was incredibly friendly and supportive, and Anthony, who carried out our survey was fantastic as well. Anthony called to go through the survey over the phone prior to the written report being sent out. Considering the busy and strained environment at the moment, the team's service has be first class.

The survey was done in good time. Very easy to understand with a traffic light system so that you can identify area s that need attention quickly. Also lots of photos. Great company - really recommend using. We booked a detailed homebuyers survey through Carpenters and everything was faultless from start to finish. Our survey was completed by Gary who was super friendly and happy to take us through any questions we had on the survey and the report itself was really detailed and easy to understand. The booking team are also really quick to respond to any queries and always friendly. Prices are also very reasonable.

I used this firm a few a while ago when buying my current home. Despite a detailed and glossy brochure I was rather disappointed with their efforts - or lack of them.

When I raised this with the management they sent me a perfunctory letter and were not interested in my request for some recompense. So - if you are looking for a surveyor then keep going and give this lot a miss!

I can strongly recommend Carpenters for a Homebuyers survey. Very comprehensive and good value for money. The surveyor (Steve Hill) and staff (particularly Tracey) were extremely helpful.

A very good service. I was able to contact 'Carpenters' very easy and arranged for a home buyers report. They made the necessary appointment with estate agent, kept me informed and produced an easy to read report on the property with a traffic like system of advice regarding the state of the property. As promised they did it in the time constraint of 7 to 10 days and sent it electronically.

I did think twice about getting a report but actually saved me a fair bit off the asking price and also gave me peace of mind.
The contact didn t end with the report and he was available to answer my queries and took the time to advise me.

Really pleased with the service from the office to the surveying visit. Really efficient on both ends. They were upfront about costs and the turn around from the surveyor visit to the report being generated was only two days! Would recommend.
