They have rules that they do not enforce. I wish they did not manage the Subdivision where we own our house.

Best Management Company in Palm Beach County. They are serious about managing without the typical B.S.

Unprofessional individuals. Provides poor property management to say the least. Don't waste your time. What a disgrace. Stuff goes unseen by wayne for months.

Wayne and his staff do a great job. Very detailed, quick response time to community concerns. It s nice to finally have a company that cares.

I was a president of my HOA for 15 years. I have hired and fired many Property Management companies. Big ones, little ones and in between. A management company is only as good as the person that is assigned to your community. Wayne has done an exceptional job managing my community. His accounting department is 2nd to none. If you want to be with a company that cares, you should speak to Carolina. I do not believe any complaints here are from legitimate board members. Probably some disgruntled home owner or renter that doesn't like following HOA Rules. I was President of Bay Estates for 15 years. Call me if you want a reference on this company.
