They will steal your money they get as many application fees as a can once they made up their mind just to take your money the worst company ever to rent from I work there as their lead maintenance man, they give you a discount to give them a good review that's how bad they are just going to the office and ask them about it they are the worst place ever to rent from

Very friendly staff, always greeted with a smile when you walk in. Answered all of our questions and kept us informed. Definitely recommend for anyone selling or looking for a house.

They are more than helpful and wonderful! Would for sure recommend this place for a new home !!!

I leased from this company for 2 years. After which time I paid on a monthly basis while construction was finished on my home. After giving them a written, notarized Letter of Intent to Vacate, I moved ,cleaned the space to exceptional condition and requested to be present for a walk thru so that we might get our deposit back. They literally thru a fit and acted as if they were not told we were moving and declared that there would be no return deposit and they were to sue me. Truly a crooked company that was fine as I continued to lease from them but did a total 180 when we were no longer going to be in business with them. I wouldn't have given any stars if I could have left it blank. My advise would be to go somewhere else.

I visited there office this morning to apply for a house to rent. The people are very nice and respectful. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for new place to rent. Plus there houses for rent are very nice and well maintained.

I wouldn t put my dog in one of their houses. Most rude people I have dealt with. Left hand didn t know what the right was doing. The man was rude and insulting on the phone and calling my wife and I liers.

The office/property manager is a total sleez ball. If you have a pretty wife he will flirt and try to get between you re relationship when opportunity presents itself. Non-professional is an understatement. He told me lies about my significant other. Stressed me out and made me feel like I had to check myself. Only to find out he s a total liar. The renovation team seems good so far though.

arolinas management takes forever to call you back about your application . I ve been waiting for a call back for 3 n half weeks now and still no word. They just want your money !!!

I put in an application 2x never responded turned in my check stubs and paid the fee all at time of filling out application and I kept calling I was approved but never no word on an offer of place to stay that was $100 wasted!!

TELLS YOU PAY THE APP FEE TO SEE THE PLACE. YOU NEVER SEE IT. AND THEY LIE ABOUT IT. IF YOU CAN'T TRUST EM WITH A 40 DOLLAR APP FEE. WHY WOULD YOU RENT FROM THEM?

Went to look at a rental with this company and an agent was sitting and waiting for me 20 mins before our meeting. Very respectful, detailed, and friendly. O outspoken too. I look forward to renting from this company in Sept.

NEVER SAW A PLACE. WAITED THREE WEEKS. NO CALLS. NO NOTHING. FINALLY CALLED FOR A LAST TIME TO ASK FOR MY MONEY AND WAS TOLD NO REFUNDS

The company is new to me but they carry lovely homes and the staff was very nice and helpful!

This place is wonderful!! The office staff is easy to work with and very easy to talk to! I enjoyed the rental process with the staff!!

I give them negative 5 stars there scamming people for the application money and never call back very disappointed
