We hired this company for our DJ and we are SO glad we did! They far exceeded our expectations. Herb was our DJ and he was super easy to work with. He was in constant contact with us and helped us make all the right choices. He kept the dance floor packed all night and was super flexiable with last minute changes we made!

Troy and his team are the best decision we made wedding planning. Myrick, our DJ, as well as Troy, the owner, were in communication throughout the full wedding planning process. They checked in to see if there was any questions we had, helped make a schedule for the day of, and made us feel like royalty! Troy was the nicest person to communicate with throughout my wedding planning process. He genuinely wanted our day to be amazing. Myrick was amazing day off - played great crowd pleasing music, and took requests! We also had a photo booth, which was a huge hit! Not to mention we now have a cute scrapbook of all of these photos! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ!! Troy was SO amazing! He met with us several times prior to my wedding to discuss details and to make sure I was comfortable with how the day would run. Troy did our ceremony music and reception music and it was all perfect!! Carolina DJ also did our photobooth, which was a HUGE HIT! Troy and Carolina DJ Professionals provide entertainment for the non-profit gala I lead. They are easy to work with and organized, and bring energy to the evening that is invaluable. They play songs throughout the night that get the crowd excited and into bidding, and then bring the house down with a dance party after the evening's program concludes. Our guests love it and always say it's one of the best dance parties of the year. I highly recommend Troy and any of his team of DJs for any type of event. They can do it all!
The best DJ company in Asheville! Talked to a few before going with Carolina DJ and so happy we did. They were constantly communicating and had a very thorough process to make sure everything would go exactly how we'd like. DJ Jeff was awesome and so happy we were paired with him. He helped us pick the perfect music for our wedding and provided us with all sorts of helpful tips regarding all aspects of our wedding (solicited advice only). I started looking to hire a DJ for my daughter's graduation party. After searching several websites and doing my research, I chose Carolina DJ Professionals. So HAPPY and THANKFUL I did!!! They contacted me immediately and answered all my questions. I booked several months in advance and DJ Jeff Smith sent me emails and called to get more details about the party over the course of those several months. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect for the party! He asked what attire he should wear and made sure he dressed appropriately. He requested a list of songs/music months in advance that we wanted him to play. DJ Jeff was GREAT!!! He was very professional, interacted with the crowd, cracked some jokes and tried to get those golden oldies to get up and dance! He was definitely the best DJ I have seen! He even got Grandma Irene up dancing. She couldn't stand just tapping her foot anymore, she got up and her groove on, LOL! After the party, everyone told me DJ Jeff Smith did awesome! Everyone thought he was family or a friend because of how well he interacted with everyone. My daughter said to me, thank you mom for making this happen and hugged me.

The planning was well thought out, she was very professional and courteous. Her skills to control the floor once our dinner ended and the music started was impressive and her adaptability to our venue were amazing! I could rave and rave about her, but if you have any hesitations about hiring her, or anyone from CDJP, go ahead and flush those - You won't be disappointed!!!
