Wait list for a dog park is 2 years!!! That is ridiculous!! I have never seen a wait list for a dog park in my life. Called once and they said there is no wait right now and they will reach out to me soon, called again and they said 6 month or so and called two weeks later and spoke to a very rude lady who said 2 years! Sounds like people are definitely don't know what's going on there.

Carmel clay parks and recreation sheriff K. Neal H...

Carmel clay parks and recreation sheriff K. Neal Hoard is an arrogant rude man with a attitude problem who should not be allowed to work with the general public. Well we were singled out today at Carmel Clay Parks and Recreations because my husband has a professional camera he was taking pictures of the family with insted of a phone but because its a real camera insted of the phone camera he was singled out because he was making the staff uncomfortablethey say so when I point out thier sign says tag us in your photo the manager says its ok you can have photos but the sheriff approached us already so we where waiting for them to tell the sheriff that we could have it so we wouldn't have a problem with us but instead we were hit with the staff stuff again and i said maybe they shouldn't work in a public space that the general public take thier family to have family time which usually involves photos. No body wants to take a picture of them people . So with that being said we are on our way home and we have to contact their management two receive our refund for the Cabana that we did not get the full use of.Carmel Clay Parks and Recreations are full of BS. A camera is a camera and if they dont want photos change your sign from tag us to no photography in the water park. Not just approach people with messed up made up rules. I read all the rules and there is nothing about cameras ANY WHERE.....

It used to be better, a lot better. I will cite a few issues. I used to love going here during the summer, it was great. Then one day I got the rudest, most angry letter in the mail saying that I owed them money. Apparently the Visa I used for the monthly fee got declined because they had just sent me a new card. Instead of calling me up on the phone and pointing this out to me, which would have taken 5 minutes, instead they sent me the rudest, most reprehensible letter 5 days later that pretty much outright called me a deadbeat. It was appallingly rude and condescending. I called the woman on the letterhead but she never answered, called every day, sent her an e-mail, left a message, but no, never got back to me. I cancelled my membership after that. What awful customer relations when you resort to that level. I should have saved the letter so I could post it. Written by an awful person. Aside from that, their track used to be open to the public, which was nice, but there are always people and teenagers who will find ways of ruining things for everyone else. Same goes for the waterpark. Used to be a nice, quiet, safe place, but now it is just an unruly mess of people and a lack of civility. Looks like other negative reviews for the park were removed, so likely this one will be too. Oh, and some of the desk staff downstairs are useless. Stop hiring so many teenagers, they have no sense of anything. They will tell you one thing and it will be completely wrong. Waterpark staff are great, but inside need retraining or should be fired. Used to love this place.
