The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff, greeters, and drivers as well as parking staff were all incredibly nice and hospitable. I would especially like to thank Qayyum bhai, Yousuf bhai for making my stay so pleasant.
The masjid near the hotel was very convenient. Breakfast was complimentary and superb, especially the chai.
I found the front desk to be often unhelpful and unprofessional. It was acceptable for people behind me to cut me in line at the front desk. This was very frustrating. The room keys were often dysfunctional. This was also annoying. The biggest complaint I have is the front desk staff. There needs to be a proper queue and payment option need not take hours to complete. Thank you
