Cakes on order are even yummier than those in the store.

Good quality dessert. Sometimes it gets pack but overall the service is good.

Carlo's lives up to it's reputation. The "Cake Boss" delivers in spades. If you can't find something for your sweet tooth here then you're in trouble. Too many options and hard to pick just one thing. ENJOY!!!

Beautiful bakery. I got to see 2 of the sisters working and they were nice. I have seen every show and would love to someday meet Buddy! I absolutely loved the cannolis, lobster tails, and the box of Buddy's favorite cookies! This trip was actually a huge surprise from my husband for my birthday!

Parking to get to the original location of Carlos is ridiculously insane. Of course it is worth it for the photos and to say you have been... but next time take advantage of the easier to access locations. I think I hyped it up so much in my mind that I was a bit disappointed at the actual sweets.... though the strawberry eclairs were amazing and definitely my favorite.

The cookies, of any flavor, worth every penny you spent there. I strongly recommend them. But prepare yourself: the line is giant! You can have luck, try it anyway. The ice coffee is good but it's nothing compared to the emotion you'll have eating the cookie. They're big, with tons of chips and the dough is soft and delicious! Go go go

It is fun to see this place in person, if you come in the afternoon don't expect to see the cast. The lines are long but move quickly. I got four items and it cost me 17 dollars ! !!! They were good but maybe not 17 dollars worth. You are definitely paying for the excitement of being at Carlo's not for the best desert you've ever had.

I would only go to that city just to see Mr. Buddy Valastro's pastry shop, the rest would not matter to me. 1st to the bakery and then I can die in peace.

Is ok not a big deal is more marketing than anything

I truly believe that the hype is greater than the food here. Granted, it is pretty delicious. But there are even bakeries that await your taste buds, just cross the river.

I love watching Carlo's bakery that some times me and my wife and kids will like go to new jersey Hoboken and it sound so fantastic to see you guys one day

Hyped. Just an average bakery which has oversweet desserts. Seen much better places elsewhere. Nothing special about this place.

Good place to buy cakes, if you are a follower of the program this is a must. You have to queue to enter.

Worst Experience i had. I have ordered a cake for a Baby Shower on Sunday.Delivery on time but the driver does not drop it off as i was driving and could not pick up the call.and he left with the cake.I called him after 10 minutes and he said he left to the bakery. So 1st things Function Spoiled i have to buy a new cake whatever is available and then i reached out them on monday to see with my cake and i wanted refund as i did not go the cake,
First they were said you call doordash, (third party delivery service).as carlos said they have not received cake back. and then i called doordash they said you have to call carlos as carlos as placed the order.

after two days of back and forth carlos said they are not responsible as cake left from the store.
So summary is i have not got cake with function spoiled and ending up paying money for the cake which i have never received.No body wants to take responsibility.
Never going back to carlos again.whatever their cake is good does not matter if its not reach to me.

They have reached back to me very next day. Manager was very prompt and nice this time and they have issued the refund right away and took care of it.

The line is indoors and it still takes over 40 minutes to serve me bc all the employees are acting like the customers are not important for business.

I was a little disappointed, I thought I could find at least one of the family! And the desserts are not so great!

It is the traditional Italian bakery. It is the reflection of the television program in its first editions.

I went to check what they show in the Cake Boss program. Everything delicious.

It's was clean & nice inside. We went on a Tuesday and it wesent very busy. We were in & out in less 5 minutes.

I think the sweets are beautiful, but it's just beauty. Lots of vegetable fat. Cannolli is saved.

The day I went I bought some really good bread with nuts and chocolate. I was lucky to find an empty table and to be able to eat inside the place.

This place had a great friendly vibe and offered a variety of delicious desserts.

Place was clean, but the oreo cake I paid $7 (per slice) was completely flavorless, and I believe a cake from walmart would have more flavor!

Good tasting pastries and an amazing latte I had. The service was okay.

As a local, I haven't really come here since the place became famous. The crowds were too much of hassle. Finally came back at the insistence of a friend. We bought 3 cannolis, an oatmeal raisin cookie, a 3-inch cake, a napoleon, 2 coffees, and a hot tea. It was about 38$. Still deciding if it was worth it.

My granddaughter is a huge fan so she could hardly contain herself when we visited and got some goodies.

Put in simple words, too generic, with no soul in the work. If you want a pastry, come and get it, I'm sure it taste good, but if you want a well made custom cake, run the other way. Find a smaller Bakery where they will have more time and passion towards your cake. If you don't agree, than please comment here on your experience.
