I have had great service and fast visits every time I go. Never any problems. Much better and faster than any civilian doctor I have ever went to. Free medical and free medications. Paid travel.

Wish it was a big hosp not a bandaid station. I worked on one in Indiana never like dublin. Hubby in to get MRI done he was having active stroke that he was sent to primary dr from there to their urgent care to calling ambulance to ship to bigger to put it plan a real hosp. Things could improve for sure. Wish when they called to leave a message n whom called rarely does that happen after asking seems like thousands times.

Just terrible. Call center broke. Referral system broke. Terrible leadership to allow this to continue

Half the time you re stuck on phone for 30 plus mins. to be told that department is closed for today. Their new veterans portal to login for travel reimbursement is a joke! It says wait! You are being signed in to BTSS for over 10 mins now. Can t get assistance. All you can do is call and get put on hold forever. There is no where to email a complaint or get quick accurate assistance. They are horrible about letting patients know that a Dr. Apt through teleconference is canceled. Patient login and wait then give up and call to find out the Dr called off work.

From the time you walk in the door staff and volunteers readily answer questions and point you in the right direction. There was always someone inside the facility happy to help you find what you need. They had me in and out very quickly each time I have been here

From the time I walk in the door the staff always greets me employees are very respectful and nice all my doctors are excellent. This is a wonderful hospital and I have received nothing but top notch care and I'm very greatful and thankful for my doctors there.

Dr. Thandroyen is such an amazing up beat Doctor. He was very helpful and ready to answer any questions. Ms. Thomas at the desk is a very sweet lady and always there ready to help. Most time going to the VA is not fun but here at the Dublin location the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience amazing.
