My Coordinator is rude, obnoxious, never wants to answer his phone, I have to go through his supervisor or his assistant. This company does not offer any vacation pay, nor does it gives you any yearly bonuses. With Freedom Care, they give their workers $1,000 every New Years. Caring Professional is by far one of the worst CDPAP employers as they do not value their home attendant employees. That is why they make it so easy to join.
Staff at caring is the best. Professionalism is their goal. They re always on top of their client and keep you inform of any updates about the services. Best agency ever.
This company is the best I've been a client for almost a yr and it's been awesome. They care for their employees and the care that they give their clients. I'm aware of many agencies but this is the perfect fit .
I work as a CDPAP for a good friend. He is Blind and needs the assistance. This company Caring Professionals, pays well and is easy to punch in and out through their app. Very easy to communicate with them through the app as well on their message board. I think this is a great company for people taking care of a loved ones.
I ve had problems with my paychecks being short, hours not being counted, and clock/in out issues. There are no benefits for full time employees and you are not allowed to work overtime. One week we didn t receive a paycheck & when I reached out to the company they told me that it would be delayed. How is this legal? We all have bills to pay and it s stressful that they held our paycheck from us. Overall is the following:
Pros: you get to help someone in need & get paid a decent wage.
Cons: constant issues with payroll & changes to clock in times on the app.
Please have your home health aids get tested for Covid. Please. The least this company can do is care about your employees who are risking their lives to be out there and trying to keep their patients safe at the same time . They haven't even been given extra pay or get notified to get tested. Some randomly get tested just to be safe. Reward your employees! They are very essential and important !!!
I had the pleasure to have had Marlen Soto as my coordinator for many years. I work through cdpap taking care of my mom. Marlen was such a caring individual and also very professional!! It's still very hard for me to believe that she left without saying goodbye to any of her clients. Very few people like Marlen!! I would say it's a big loss for this company!! She'll be missed!!
Visit the Bronx location to get set up to take care of my mother and it was easy to do. Did not wait long and staff were respectful and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this location.
Cannot complain about my experience with the company or staff, from day one everyone I have encountered from the moment I made my first phone call to them has been great towards me. I enrolled with them, came in contact with several employees for different reasons and they have all treated me with respect. The coordinator assigned to my case has always helped me anytime I might have had an issue and she s GREAT. Yes, they go through lots of busy, high call volume moments but apart from that I consider myself lucky. Thank you Caring Professionals and shout out to Jackie from the Bronx office
