Great variety of outdoor gear at a reasonable price and the staff is super helpful and friendly

I walked through the door of the Carhartt store and was taking by all of the cold weather gear wet weather gear accessories boots gloves hats thermos pants Jackies vest , one of the store personnel Noah was right there to navigate me to the boots I need . I asked for size 14 possibly 15 Noah brought out both sides for me to try on I put my foot in that boot and immediately I can feel the therapeutic value of a well-built boot and insert the arch support is amazing and your toes have room to breathe and wiggle , it is spotless clean and everyone makes you feel comfortable Shoppers and personnel...

Great store. I just wish they had fitted or flex fit baseball caps.

Nice clean store, but the staff have no clue what a construction site, mill, or plant even are. It s more fashion for them. Basically do your research online.

The products are amazing and the store was set up nicely. The gentleman that helped us out was very friendly as well and showed me the exact boots I needed for working with electricity. Definitely would come back here.

Beautiful store no doubt however, being in the heart of Detroit 3 minutes away from several different medical centers, it makes no sense not to carry work scrubs! It's been over a year since I've asked and suggested that they carry these items and the still don't. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!....guess I'll spend my hard earned money with Amazon .

Nice store, service was ok. Didn't have the RO3 Bibs in the size I needed. Was looking for it in black, which they didn't have either. Associate offered to order it for me, and I agreed. Despite making it clear 3 different times that I was looking for the product in black, I just received confirmation that my RO3 in Carhartt Brown will arrive in 2 to 6 business days. I now have that return to deal with, and still no bibs for all the outside work I have to do in the coming weeks.

Staff is rude, never gave me the time of day... better of at contractor clothing or field and stream.

The parking can be chaos but they have a nice selection of items. Wish the women's section was a bit bigger.

Parking was decent but very cramped and difficult to maneuver a truck in the parking lot, customer service was decent with the person I dealt with but other reps seemed extremely distant and didnt want to do much for even acknowledging customers, online showed a product being available as well as hours being till 9pm when I arrived the prior night they were closed and the building showed hours at 7pm. Also the original product that was shown in stock was not available in store so I ended with a size slightly smaller that i originally wanted and due to upcoming weather waiting for it to show up in the mail was not an option at this point. Overall decent store some things seem over priced customer service was average parking was below average and keeping accurate stock counts should be addressed.

Really friendly associates. ...You park in a small, private garage with a security guard so the parking situation was great. .BUT expensive, no sales or clearance.

The Carhartt Detroit-style merchandise itself is nice, so I figured I would buy some cute merch for my friends abroad. In the end, it just wasn't really worth it to me to spend the kind of money I was planning on spending at a store that didn't give me the time of day, nor my mom, both times we came in to shop. No greetings, no assistance, just walking past us a few times (even when we were the only customers in the store). We just kind of shrugged after the second time it happened, and we left. Still like Carhartt overall and the store itself looks nice.

I'm a member of local 499 labors and Carhart gives us 15% off. That's why I go there, also very helpful staff.

First plus is that the building has its own parking garage for customers (about 10 spots). There s also street parking close if that is full. During covid times Carhartt is taking extra precautions in the store and only allowing a certain number of people inside at a time, so I would recommend going during the week if possible to avoid a potentially long line to enter the store during the weekend. They also offer pick up though if you shop online prior to coming and that seemed efficient and fast. While searching for a specific size shirt, I was noticed and offered help, when it wasn t on the floor the staff went to go look for the size I was interested in. Unfortunately because it s almost Christmas, many of the items I wanted were out of stock, but they do have computers in store and offer free shipping.

If you're a Carhartt fan, this is the place for you. I've never seen such an extensive selection of Carhartt as here. It's awesome. Go!

With how much these jackets cost y'all could at least throw in a free lint roller. Other than attracting every bit of lint & pet hair within a 2 mile radius, these are quality coats & keep me warm during Michigan winters.

Had to return a mail order quilted bib I purchased for my Wife. The staff was great at giving advise, and helped us order the right size. Great place to get real work wear. Parking is easy. Just a great place overall.

I was here for nearly an hour during which there could not have been more than two or three other customers at any given time. Despite at least 8 employees working in this small store, I was not greeted or informed of promotions and was only asked if I needed help finding anything once. I asked for help in size and style once. The employee did not seem familiar with the products and when they did not have my size, no effort was made to order the correct size or help me find something else. The employees were very chatty amongst themselves, but not with myself or any of the other customers. By the time I was leaving I have to imagine my frustration was showing, but again, no offer to help or even a goodbye. I am extremely disappointed.
