Referral from family member who used them for mom last this year . We Started using Carefree this week to help fill in gaps for 24 hour home care for parents . We were personally fitted with a good match for mom for 8 am to 8 pm shift in Sunday s . Nice to know we have help when needed

Quite possibly the most caring and compassionate home care agency! Their caregivers provide excellent care in the comfort of your own home. If you are basing your decision to find a local at-home Orange County provider on cost alone, they are not the one. However, if your criteria includes experience, full-insurance, availability, flexibility, reliability and friendliness among other things, it makes complete sense to contact them.

I really like Carefree and they have the best caregivers. My caregiver is so nice and sweet. This agency is the best I ever had. They are very good about sending me a caregiver that matches my personality. If I have a problem all I have to do is call the office and the staff help me right away. My granddaughter lives with me and she loves my caregiver as much as I do. We have a lot of fun together. Carefree is number 1 to me! I tell all my friends about carefree and how happy I am to have them.

They provided (and continue to provide) great support to both my wife and me for our weekly grocery shopping during the Covid pandemic and to my 91 year old mom before we moved her to assisted living. I want to express my gratitude to Carefree Home Health for helping my mom and I in a scary time. I was caring for my 101 year old mother when COVID invaded our world, and we were scared to go out. Carefree had been helping us with her needs prior to virus but we really needed help when we couldn t go out to shop or do chores without fear. We were blessed when Frenil came to our rescue. She did our grocery shopping and delivered to our door whenever I would call her! She was so special and wonderful and never complained in the hot weather. We were so grateful for her and Carefree for helping us through a rough time.

Our experience had been very positive with the office staff and the caregivers. The office staff is very helpful in fitting the caregivers to our needs. A couple of times these caregivers did not work out and the office staff immediately responded and found replacements. Kaylea and Amanda both are consistently dependable, efficient, and give excellent care to my husband as well as helping with taking him for appointments or picking up prescriptions.
