CareerWorks is a non-profit organization that aims to provide free training and education to young adults from under-resourced communities. The organization believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a successful career and achieve economic security, regardless of their background or circumstances.

At CareerWorks, we understand that many young adults face significant barriers when it comes to accessing education and job opportunities. These barriers can include financial constraints, lack of access to quality education, limited job prospects in their local area, and more. Our Programs

CareerWorks offers a range of programs designed specifically for young adults who are looking for stable careers and economic security. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual participant, taking into account their skills, interests, and career goals.

One of our flagship programs is our Job Training Program. This program provides participants with hands-on training in a variety of industries such as healthcare, technology, hospitality management etc., giving them practical experience they need for success on the job market.

We also offer an Education Program which helps participants earn high school diplomas or GEDs if they have not completed high school yet. We believe that education is key when it comes building successful careers so we make sure all our participants have access quality educational resources.

In addition we offer Career Coaching services where our experienced coaches work one-on-one with participants helping them identify their strengths & weaknesses as well as develop strategies for achieving long-term career success.

Our Impact

Since its inception CareerWorks has helped thousands of young adults from under-resourced communities find stable careers and achieve economic security. We measure our impact through various metrics such as employment rates after graduation from our Job Training Program or number of students who complete high school diploma/GED through Education Program etc..

We are proud that over 90% percent graduates from Job Training program get employed within six months after graduation while over 80% percent students complete high school diploma/GED through Education program which opens up new doors for them in terms higher education opportunities & better paying jobs!
