Bought a year subscription and placed 2 ads on their site. The few applicants that applied were unqualified & living overseas. Such a waste of money and time. They over sold and under delivered their services. Definitely would not recommend.

I've saved time, money, and energy when I compare my advertising efforts elsewhere. Their team exceeded my expectations in what they could do for me and made it so simple to get all my jobs posted.I use many pieces of technology to help my recruitment process and they were very clued in about how their technology could work to improve my processes.I'm very excited about what careerone has told me about their roadmap for 2020 and what value that can drive for me.
Had a great experience with CareerOne. Found the job board very easy to navigate. The job matching suggestions tailored to my skills was most handy and provided opportunities I would never have thought of. Highly recommended.
Total waste of time and money. Paid fees last year and the first quarter of this year for the their Luxe product. In the time we advertised with them we did not received one qualified applicant.
If I can put 0 star I would. I run a small business and decided to try career one over seek this time and I really regret my decision. - No decent applicant from them - No respond after I complained and this is my first negative google review ever...
all career one wants me to do is a course that costs the government $20,000 I told them just send me for some job intervenes no just do this course I would have to pay back the $20.000 when I get a job they if I get a job then the tax payer pays. career one have rang me seven times for me to enrol in the course but have not sent me for any job intervenes career one gets money when they get a person to enrol in their course does any one in the government knows where this money is wasted does any one in the government know about this at all I would not give career one any stars but then I this review will not post
I like the job matching search feature. Made my job easier to search from the many jobs advertised. Not sure if I will receive recommendation emails similar matching.
I found CareerOne to be very helpful in finding me the right candidate for my business. The quality of applicants I received was much better than the other job boards out there. Also spoke to the team at CareeOne on a couple of occasions to edit and change my ad and they were very accommodating with prompt responses. Great work.
Dealt with the team at CareerOne. They were extremely helpful and provided great advice, great value for money and an accommodating platform when it came to posting job adverts. Will use again.
Scammers. Have got me on their mailing lists and I cannot get off! Conveniently their links to unsubscribe and change preferences and contact us all don't work. CareerOne you are breaking the law and the Privacy Commissioner has been notified! Stay away from these scammers.
I have been trying to get in touch with them for past three days and sent number of emails but there is no response. Its a really urgent help that I need and I am making all the efforts possible but it would be good If I could speak to someone either via email or phone call.
careerone are the most annoying company ever. If your going to use their service, when you make a profile, I suggest you don't include your number, you'll regret it. Multiple calls everyday for the past 2 weeks. Careerone will constantly harass you with calls, they just don't give up, even to the point that they call on different numbers hoping you'll pickup. Stay away from careerone if you can, use SEEK, they don't harass you.
I am a small business owner and was looking for a better way to find new employees. I don t have the resources to take a long time to find the help I need, or find the wrong person! After talking to Marco at CareerOne I was both inspired and excited to check out the new platform that CareerOne has. And it is wonderful and a great change to job seeking. I never advertised with them but they picked it up from Seek 3 weeks later and the job was filled this site should be banned Career One please can you delete the ad ASAP to stop wasting peoples and my time.

CareerOne are advertising our vacanies, without authorisation, and are using the wrong logo for our business. I've tried to raise this issue wth CareerOne with no joy. CareerOne have not responded to two messages left on their "Contact Us" portal on their website. I've called their 1800 phone number as well but no one answers! In desperation I found their COO on LinkedIn @MoussaNamini I've reached out to him on LinkedIn twice now and still don't have a resolution to our issue, which is serious. I sent a complaint on Monday the 31st of August. I was issued with a "request received" email from your Zendesk system on Monday the 31st of August, reference number 10776. To date I have heard nothing from CareerOne. I have also attempted to call your 1800 number twice, but in each case the phone rang and rang and eventually went to voicemail. Can I ask you to address my complaint immediately and ensure any further MyHorizon Recruitment advertisements are not uploaded to your site. Please confirm receipt of this message and action on your part. A sales rep from Career One rang me and explained they could assist fill the position we were advertising on Seek. The sales person explained they were the fastest growing recruitment company and would soon be bigger than seek. I rejected their offers several times before they came back with an offer which provided a basic listing and 20 applicants guaranteed. They did say they might not quite have 20 for the position we were looking to fill but lead me to believe they had a good number of suitable applicants. After agreeing and paying the fee we did not receive one suitably qualified applicant. I have since complained and said i felt i was totally deceived, someone from the company rang me and sympathized with my position yet nothing was done. I own a SME and I'll never use Career one again and could not recommend this company to anyone as in my experience they simply make false promises and don't deliver.
The job search platform has been exceptionally helpful, matching the right people to the right job.
I used CareerOne to advertise for a admin role and found the perfect candidate. I would highly recommend CareerOne to any business looking for quality candidates. My account manager Duncan was super friendly and reliable.
