CareerOne are advertising our vacanies, without authorisation, and are using the wrong logo for our business. I've tried to raise this issue wth CareerOne with no joy.

CareerOne have not responded to two messages left on their "Contact Us" portal on their website. I've called their 1800 phone number as well but no one answers!

In desperation I found their COO on LinkedIn @MoussaNamini
I've reached out to him on LinkedIn twice now and still don't have a resolution to our issue, which is serious. See the exchange on LinkedIn below:

Hi Moussa
My colleague Dayna and I have both attempted to lodge a complaint with your organisation with no response. Dayna sent a complaint 2 weeks ago. I sent a complaint on Monday the 31st of August.

I was issued with a "request received" email from your Zendesk system on Monday the 31st of August, reference number 10776. To date I have heard nothing from CareerOne. I have also attempted to call your 1800 number twice, but in each case the phone rang and rang and eventually went to voicemail.

Can I ask you to address my complaint immediately and ensure any further MyHorizon Recruitment advertisements are not uploaded to your site. Please confirm receipt of this message and action on your part.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention personally. I wasn't aware of these requests however I do know we are experiencing a high backlog of tickets.

I can expedite your request myself and ensure all MyHorizon Recruitment ads are removed from CareerOne. This will take up to 48 hours to reflect across our job board.

Disappointingly, I have to send you another message regarding our advertisements appearing on your site.

You had assured me you would personally ensure our advertisements were be removed from CareerOne and would not appear again. We currently have 2 ads on your website, unauthorised and with the wrong logo.

Please resolve this matter for us once and for all.
