Career Step

I signed up for learning Spanish for Dental professionals class. I only had 2 sessions so far that is why I am giving it a 4. I find it easy to learn the Spanish dental terms and like how it provides the pronunciation slides. It is a 6 months self paced program and you can use the student app on the go. Really like the convenience!

Careerstep has been great! The program is entirely set paced and doesn t get in the way or interfere with the things you do in life for example college. I feel if I wasn t such a procrastinator then I could ve completed the program already but it is what it is. I feel the learner support could be a bit better since sometimes they never answer the phone nor call back so that s why I gave them 4 stars but other than that they ve been great. They re even nice enough to offer a one month extension for free if you leave a review.

This was my first online course ever and I couldn't be happier with how the program was run. The course content was laid out well and I found that I did not need to contact support for any clarification, although they are available for questions as well as the community board. The labs arrived quickly and I was able to complete them with no problems. If an item is missing from the box, the science lab will send it off to you with no problems. Operations has been very supportive in allowing extensions for legitimate reasons, and I am receiving one months extension for writing this review. I hope you'll enjoy your program as much I have!

I always wanted to go further within the medical field and needed something that was going to be flexible and thankfully I found career step, it has most definitely been flexible for someone like me with a busy schedule. They have instructors to help you through the course and even hands on work! They do as well go further into helping you find a job when you graduate the class! I m almost done with the class and this has helped me in many ways! I for sure recommend the course!

I m a stay at home mother who took up the Medical Coding/Billing course with career step and I have to say it s been one of the easiest online learning programs I ve ever done. It s very straight forward and actually makes you feel like you re learning as you go. I went through a Military move across the continent and they were very helpful with helping me extend my courses for the time I had lost during the move. I would 100% recommend this to a friend who is needing a good certification for their future.

Student centered! Returning calls promptly if message is left. Flexibility with the needs of individuals as life is unexpected. Clearly explaining curriculum. Many ways to reach out for support. Extremely thorough course. Highly recommended!

Excellent class. Learned so much. You could take your time and no one was rushing you. I only had to call customer service 1 time. Very quick to get in and very helpful. I truly believe I am ready to take the test. I was also able to get a 1 month extension for writing how great the class was.

As a student new to the subject on (Medical Billing and Coding) I find myself significantly challenged as I proceed in this course. Now that I am close to the completion of this course I am pleased to have gained so much knowledge on this subject. Because of the curriculum, practice quizzes, module tests, examples, case studies I feel confident I will be able to complete this course and prepare for the final exam. I will need more time to complete the cases and study more before I test for the certification. Thank you for your effective curriculum set forth in this study material; although I have not reached out to instructors or other students as yet, but I see that will be necessary very soon.

CareerStep has been great. I heard about the program through a friend. Her daughter had taken the course also. I was in need of a new career and this program has provided me with hope. They have someone to support you no matter what the problem. I had computer problems, was overwhelmed and lots of questions. I am happy to say that from Chandler to Mechelle and a few others there s someone to help you!

I feel like Career Step is helping me to put in the necessary time and the ability to self-learn in a online environment. This has really been the best option for a low-cost, distance learning program to get certified in Medical Coding and Billing. I am a single mom with a disabled son, and I have been given the freedom to thrive with this program. Career Step has flexibility learning options for all. When you complete the program and certification they also help you find a job. The staff from Career Step are fantastic. They are supportive, prompt and provide positive feedback because they want to see you succeed. I am looking forward to a promising future since finding Career Step.
